You have to wait till to attain minimum 25 age of tree. Depending upon management, timber quality you will get price.

First you to inform near by Forest Range Officer or District Forest Officer about permission to get cutting or felling. Then they will visit and Suevey your field.Later they will give permission. Ok.

My sincere suggestion is to farm Oil Palm if u have the abundance of water source. After 5 years of plantation u will get returns as profits which is more than 5 times profit than teak farming. And plants have same maturity time of 35 years. For teak u hv to wait for 35 years, but in oil palm u will get returns from every weeks of year cutting of fruit bunchs, for every 15 days as per tonnage of fruit u will get directly to bank account without any third parties. Every time u hv money in hands. And finally better to plan if u want teak in boundary of ur farm fieldfield at a distance of 15 feet arround ur boundary of fiels
