Segun explico en un comentario:
Tenes que armarlo, usarlo en alguien (la activa del linken), venderlo y entonces queda el efecto activo (los stats que te aumenta no)
Es un bug del mapa, nose si funcionará en el 6.85k
Fijate como lo hace Balta para asegurarte, tiene un tutorial de eso
