Rise of Jeff Brohm & Louisville Cardinals | Cards expecting CFP Berth with Tyler Shough at QB?

Go Cardinals! Love what the Brohm family means for our school and alumni. We over performed and had a great season last year with Jack Plummer running Brohm's offense. The offense was conservative last year and never opened up completely with the exception of the ND game. Louisville must beat Clemson and Kentucky to remain a top 25 team. We have to be perfect to go to the playoffs. Being in the ACC means you must prove yourself every game.

If they beat all of them they will remain in the Top 5. They don't have to beat them all to be Top 25

Louisville will be BETTER because it now has Tight Ends and it did not really have them Last Year.
Brohm is a MASTER of using the Tight End, which he learned Playing FOR and Coaching UNDER Howard Schnellenberger who was himself a MASTER of using the Tight End (the position Howard PLAYED back in his day).
Plus the Defense lacked Depth at Linebacker and lacked Depth, Speed and Explosiveness in the Defensive Backfield - which is WHERE the Defense broke Down late in the Year vs KY, FSU and USC. Those holes have been fixed AND the Backfield is where DC Ron English made his Bones before moving up to DC and HC.
