The Tekken 2 Heihachi theme vibes. I caught that right away. These guys know exactly what they’re doing! Reina is easily going to be my secondary. She is FAM and hereby is invited to the cookout!
Love her vibe. She says "Jin Senpai" all sweet, but then has a voice change when talking about fighting like she is mocking Xiaoyu so who knows. Her simiarites to Heihachi- She has his run away animation, his double palm, his arm on hips laugh, his Raijin Stance and thunder god fist into uf4, his electic, his stonehead, his qcf1, his parry into stomp, and his ff3 heelkick. She also has a hellsweep and the signature Mishima arms crossed pose.
Not exactly why I felt her voice was familiar. As I don't actually watch JJK and not entirely familiar with a good majority of anime voice actors. Still, good info to know. 👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿
Reina is why i made a vtuber to cosplay as her. Shes so freaking cool. Love her look her attitude plus she has insane looking combos to boot. The drag across the floor is one of the most savage awesome moves ive seen into a wall break. Plus her counter game seems so good.
The Tekken 2 music, where Heihachi makes his comeback to run the ones. The Mishima Dojo-esque stage. The recognizable Mishima confidence. The Mishima sparks. The Mishima-inspired moves incorporated in her fighting style. Not to mention the fact she has specific moves that are straight up Heihachi moves or Mishima staples like the Hell Sweep, EWGF, Demon Breath, Raijin Stance, last but definitely not least her damn Rage Art. Reina is next gen Mishima for sure, if she's younger than Jin -- and she came up in here like she owns the joint. I gotta play her LMFAO With Heihachi gone and Reina as a potential secret successor, she might have inherited the Mishima Zaibatsu, or came out of the shadows to take the Zaibatsu out of Kazuya's hands??
His spirit went into one of his disciples. So heihachi is technically dead, but not resting. He made some kind of deal to use her as a host. He probably learned something about conquering death by his interactions with surviving Akuma’s rage attacks. lol.
Idk if Reina is Hei’s daughter. She’s got this superior air around her and she called Jin senpai. A term of respect for her nephew? Even if it’s in jest I don’t see it. Maybe a daughter figure, but probably not a daughter. I think it’s more likely she’s just another practitioner of Mishima karate and she’s the most gifted student Heihachi ever had, feels more likely to me.

Finally, finally...Harada woke up from his trance of identity crisis by launching an interesting, enigmatic, very cool character like Azucena and above all...with fighting qualities consistent with the Tekken franchise, which is what matters most, and Not like the previous Noctis 2.0 KFC bootleg colonel, cheap character with exaggeratedly fanciful attacks that have nothing to do with Tekken, Harada has reconsidered, it shows and satisfactorily closing the launch of new characters, excellent👊😆👍..
