I have 4 of these Au Masculin L'eau Masculin Midnight Parfum Intense Had them all for years, i first discovered the original in 2010 and I just love the DNA ❤ Great content Rob 👌
What about the 'Au Masculin'-versions in the blue bottle? Edit: the original blue one seems to have a wide atomiser, the reformulated version seems to be blue too but seems to have cap and small atomiser.
Love the Jazz "Roll Call" photo. The most important photo in music history,in my humble opinion......oh,by the way, excellent review, my Brother. Peace and Love.
Really enjoyed this Rob and hearing more about the house. Been interested in trying some. My girlfriend loves the OG ladies one. Gonna order the Green Lover and the original to check out. Cheers
Nice👌🏻cheers for the heads up. Will likely get them all in time but looking forward to sniffing these two first. Yeah probably should considering how average and uninspired most modern designer releases are these days too.
So here's the scoop: the original Lolita Lempicka frags were produced by a company called Pacific Creations, but recently (4years ago?) The licence expired and all the original fragrance formulas were discontinued. Very soon after that Leslie-Leonor relaunched the core men's and women's fragrances in new vegan formulations with new bottles with a more angular/abstract design. Green Lover is he first new one in the men's line.
@@SOSFragranceReviews yeah, there are some differences between Homme and Au Masculine when compared side by side. They are recognizably the same concept but some subtle differences in sharpness/roundness that I would imagine are related to some base musks(?) that might have been swapped. I'm not as familiar with the Le Premier Parfum vs Mon Premier Parfum on the women's side but I think the differences there are pretty minor as well. On balance I think I like both of the reformulations more than the originals, but not enough to suggest that anyone would need both. Green Lover is still newish to me but I like it enough to want to try Lolitaland.
While looking up details I noticed that apparently Mon Premier Parfum was different enough from Le Premier Parfum that they have just released a L'Original version of the women's one....
Couldn't agree more about the edp Intense. Stuff has been my Halloween signature for years. Was pleasantly surprised with Homme too. Not a bad reform of Au Masculin at all.
I have 4 of these
Au Masculin
L'eau Masculin
Midnight
Parfum Intense

Honestly, i think i would have to say L'eau Masculin is my favourite, but not by much. I would rate them all 9/10
I have 2 Lolita Lempicka Au Masculine, it's my scent when I was dating my first love. She really liked it on me
I always enjoy your posts because you're very methodical and you get granular with the details. Respect.
Thank you sir! I often fell like I don’t give enough sometimes...but it’s always my hope folks will do some digging for themselves.

Thank you! Agree that pic is a huge piece of music history!
Great classic scent indeed.
Huh didn't even know they had an intense version. Thanks for shedding more light on this line

The original is good for Fall and Spring. Green Lover is nice also…it should be getting more love in fragcom on the designer side.

Just ordered the Green Lover. Might have to check out the other releases as well. Thanks for this review 👌🏽

Thanks! Do you know if there is any difference with the relaunched juice?

This line keeps popping on to my radar... Gotta check it out. Recommend the OG or the edp ?
If you want something sweet and clean go with the OG. If you want something dark go with the Intense EDP.
Yea the darker sounds more my jam but then the OCD collector in me wants to start at the start lol
I need to dig into this house I've never smelled anything from them...
I've got au masculin, very much an early 2000s fragrance. The anise reminds me of b*men
Definitely one of my favorites from that time.
