On the day though, you have to imagine it’s quite tragic. Ignoring people’s weird dead eyed wish to never be disparaging or negative. These people are truly a tad weird, not in the way they want to be, or the way they imagine they’re on the fringes, but quite deluded in the whole going through these motions. A dying breed, obsessed with films like the matrix 🤣quite possibly the worst film ever.

I'm not gothic but, I think this is cool and unique. Great crafting, art, designs, and style.
It is a younger branch. I doubt many actually have the ideology so it is more of a style tbh. Nonetheless. Good folk. Though I personally prefer Victorians. Hence why I want to go to Bats Day and Wave Gotik Treffen and Whitby Weekend.

I love that this is a genre that literally anyone can dance to /-/-/-/ especially if they're in the 'know'. This music is so empowering, imho.
I like how it isn't anti-white. You'll notice goth has become very POC oriented lately. I don't care as long as people aren't specifically bullying white people.

This dance really fascinates me, you don't have to be a good dancer, you don't have to master a hell ton of goddamn steps All you have to do is to dance your heart out, you don't have to give a damn about anyone around you or match your steps to the beat, just dance :)
Dead Betty yes that's most of it, but we still do care not to mess up. and there actually is a style to it. it's actually hard to not fall on your butt if you're not used to dancing like that. I'm one of them and it was hard for me to get the handle of it when I first tried. finding the tempo was hard because I had to keep up with it through the song even on the slow ones. and every different song will convey a different emotion to dance. it will change what moves you use. and it will change your pace.

One thing I love about being a goth, is that we dance, sing, smile and are truly just people with a passionate and beautiful culture, not the evil, depressing, black hearted culture with no fire in our hearts. We have a bigger concentration of people with creativity, intelligence and overall passion than most others in society itself. I'm not saying there are only ever creative smart people in the gothic culture, that's just close minded. I'm just stating my opinion. There's always that percentage of people in every culture who are depressing or truly evil. But they could be that one news caster, or the nice flight attendant who brought you your drink. Anyway, that's the end of my rant.

I agree. I never mastered it to make it look like this. When I would go out in a club that played this, I'd just dance the way I know. Many people actually complimented my dancing but it never looked cool such as the "real dancers" in these videos.
