Here's another trick I thought of a while back:
In the World Flower level, Switch Shock Circus, once you get to the part with the trampolines and the Green Star ring, there's a block containing a Lucky Bell. Get that, and then continuously ground pound one of the trampolines, because when you ground pound as Lucky Cat (insert character here), you automatically get some coins, so if you keep ground-pounding on a trampoline, you'll eventually get enough coins to get a few 1-Ups.
It takes some time and it's not half as creative as any of the tricks shown here, but I figured it was worth mentioning.
That's a really creative strategy. Does it work in Bowser's Fury mode too? With the Lucky Bell and trampolines there?
@@magnificent_leeches7972 I mean, probably, but considering Bowser's Fury doesn't have a life counter, IIRC, I don't think it would matter as much there. It would still be useful for getting plenty of coins, though, since there's also no time limit.
@@Holden_Carter In Bowser's Fury, collecting 100 coins give you a bonus Item, so I think it can be useful to fill all your reserves.

Just by watching this video i can already tell that you barely ran out of lives. Like, seriously, that's a LOT of skills to get extra lives.

You forgot the greatest 1-up trick in Mario history. The one in the second level where you have to jump on the koopa shell in the small cave with the four long mystery boxes on the floor. Either way great video. 👍

Back in my day (when I was playing on my wii) I couldn't even stomp on the first goomba in Super Mario Bros. Now I can't even remember the name of the main villain form bowsers fury or play the game (mainly because I don't have $60 to play said game on my switch).
