My hubby is from England (I'm a Kentucky girl), just outside of London, so when we went to visit my inlaws 4 or 5 years ago, he took me into London to show me around. Couldn't say I'd want to live there, being a small-town, country girl, and it was so crowded, but it was a very, very neat place to visit. I hope your hubby does indeed take you! Hi again, Thanks for this vid. I've been listening to your voice since my pregnancy and I'm still listening to you now, it helps me to get to sleep, as I'm quite nervous because I'm back to work. My 5 months old baby loves whispers too, I whisper to her ear every time I put her to sleep at night and it really works! No crying or something. Love from Paris xxxx
I am not usually a big fan of the royals, but i really do like prince william, He seems like a really nice guy from what i have seen! Hope he does get to be king!
I'm from London (England) and used to be against the monarchy because I thought they were pointless. Despite the arguments that they are good for tourism etc. However, people have pointed out how useful they are in liasing with countries who have royal families too. I think it would be sad if we didn't have a royal family and I watched the wedding too, despite not having the intention of doing so at first :D.
@bacholerno2 Yea, lol i was gunu say they do have a use. One you may not realise is that in a time of war like in the past world wars, the monarch has an equal part in running the country with the prime minester while it is unsafe to sit in normal office. It has a name i forget. But yes also the tourism money that more than makes up for what money they get. Plus just a sense of tradition, what makes us British. Were running out on that these days more and more with being PC. also as ambasadors.
