    whisperflower! I really admire your perseverence and assurity of this! My mom went through a "transformation" similar to what you want to do and she did it. I know you will find once you start being more healthy that EVERYTHING gets better in your life! You will feel happier, be more confident, those around you will be happier, and you will feel GREAT. Please know that we all support you so so much and we will be right here for you when you need us. I wish you luck on this, we love youu!!!

    I am a whispering Grandma! I have loved whispering since a child and just learned about ASMR because I looked up whispering. I plan to do a soft spoken video someday. I did a friend request on facebook. I love all your videos. They are so relaxing!

    Whoa your whisper really does it for me...... my head is numb! You have a husband and child who love you , Try and focus on the great things in life....Don't know if you have an exercise ball but get one and sit on it while you knit ..... you know, "baby steps". Good luck on your journey};')

    I have dieted off and on since 2008 and I can say that with enough dedication, it can be done! Since the third week of October 2010 I have dropped over 40lbs, and since April of 2008 I have dropped over 80lbs!! :)

    I actually lost 4 stone a couple of years back. It was a slow process but wasn't as hard as i though it was going to be. I was almost exclusively down to eating less at night and smaller portions in general. And yeah you're definetly right about the crash diet info. I did something like that in high school and obviously didn't work. The metabolism reacts to the drastic change in diet and actually slows down!, holding back food and reversing the process. So you're going about it correctly.

    I know how you feel...I went out and got the wii fit and wii fit plus and I can tell I need to lose some SERIOUS weight. Before I got married and had kids, I was 120. Now I'm 147 and it SUCKS because almost none of me clothes fit and I feel like I'm stuck in a body that's not really mine. Stay strong, though, you'll get there. I'm glad to see another vid from you though and can't wait to see how the new change works for you. GOOD LUCK!!! *HUGS*

    I feel the same way that you do about starting things and never finishing them! I'm not even sure why I never do, I guess I just lose interest in it? It is rather depressing. I always love listening to your videos. I look forward to them :-)

    i've been wanting to make whisper vids on weight loss. i think it's a great idea. =) i love hearing about others progress. it's motivating.

    Thank you for a great, long whisper! The whispering grandma comment made me teehee. I know how you're feeling! I'm currently 22, married 4 years with a 4 year old son. I used to be tiny, about 105 lbs for my 5'4". After I got married and had my son I gained weight, and in the last couple years started eating fast food every day and ballooned to 140. I'm now on a fast food/pop fast, making homemade meals and am slowly losing it. (Unfortunately my weight took a toll on my marriage :c) Chin up!

    Yay a new video! :D Honestly, I love update videos more than scripted videos, because one reason I can't get to sleep is because I have a wandering mind.. and can't sleep because I get too stressed thinking of my life. And when people are talking about their stories and daily life, there's something to occupy my mind until I fall alseep. :) Also I don't think that guy understands the concept of whisper videos, longer videos are always better XD Goodluck with everything!

    @bettescorpio Yeah, I crave food way more than before. I just figured I would lose the weight this summer and keep it off but I have to get ACL surgery so it might be a little while. I don't think dieting is any good, I just have to find a balance of eating normally and exerting myself physically. Good luck.

    If you write a daily food diary of everything you eat it really helps. Kind of makes you feel guilty and embarrassed to write in 4 chocolate biscuits or something haha :P

    @astamatikos Lol, I know. Pretty sad. In Russia ice cream was a very rare thing so us. And since the first time I tried ice cream I fell in love, It was (and still is) my favorite food and my biggest enemy.

    I loved the video! Haha but im confused.... you said you worry about leaving your son enough food?Like for him to cook, I thought he was a baby lol, i guess i was wrong!Or did you mean like when he naps and your in class or something lol.

    How are you? BTW i would recommend elliminating the foods in your life that have NO nutritional value. Instead of lettuce ( no nutritional value ) Take up spinach. This ways you will not only SAVE money you will be passing on important nutrients to your son and to yourself. Start parking farther away from buildings that way you get a bit of a walk. When you dont HAVE to take the elevator take the stairs. Dance around when doing chorus, make it fun! Lastly do not snack 2 hours before bed. luck:)

    Hey, graet video thanx, as for the air poping sound in ur mic, u can use a poper, google it, its basicly a net that u can put near ur mic and it can block the air from the b-p-f letters from brething into the mic, u can take a pantyhose, fold it into 3-4 layers and put it 10-15 cm from ur mic, ppl use this in recordind studios and i use it in mine too:)
