      Yay! Stoked for you. SEA is an awesome place for a first international trip. The people in this region are incredibly friendly and are always willing to help. Don’t forget to make use of Google Translate and download the languages of each country to have them at all times! Super helpful for finding your way around :) Safe travels!

    Loved the intro- but the full video is really well put together, very nice to watch :) How scenic is Vietnam 😍 and Pai is just the perfect place! Laos looked amazing, never got chance to go this time around. :(
    Hot air balloon in Vang Vieng is such a bucket list tick!
    Since you have made some great videos, i was wondering if you also like watching travel content. If you do, we would really appreciate some feed back on any of our videos to help us improve the quality of them. We would really appreciate it if you could find time to do this.

    Did you have a rental car when you first got to Vietnam? Or any other of your stays? How did you get around for the most part?

    • @AshleeMorgan
      @AshleeMorgan  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Never used rental cars, only rental scooters / mopeds. Theyre very cheap to hire in Asia. Anywhere from $3-$8 AUD for a day, and petrol is cheap as its a small vehicle! I love the freedom of scooters. In terms of travelling from town to town, i would use buses / trains :)

      @@AshleeMorgandid you need like an international license?? Or one specific for each place?

    • @AshleeMorgan
      @AshleeMorgan  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@MCcrizz An international license is definitely a good idea, but I didn’t have one at the time of this trip. However, if you are pulled over by police and asked to show license, you may get into trouble!

    Hi not sure if it’s too late for questions but I’m just wondering how you find all of the activities, for example where to get your scuba diving license, hot air balloon, and the two day hike you did in this video. I’ll be going in October and am not sure where to look for these activities.

    • @AshleeMorgan
      @AshleeMorgan  26 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Never too late for questions!
      I didn’t do any research prior to leaving, I heard it all from word of mouth. When you get to hostels, people obviously chat about everything theyve been up to, and then that will give you loads of ideas of things to do! Before going on this trip, I had no idea that id become a scuba diver or cruise in a hot air balloon. Sometimes the unknown is bliss!!!
      You can find these activities at hostels, simply ask what are some things to do in the area and theyll tell you the best things to do :)
      Safe travels!

      Yes!! This happened a couple of times. You can get ‘dummy flight tickets’ online if you’re unsure of when u plan to leave the country. Im not exactly sure of the legalities of this in each country though, so just beware!
