He also unlocked the gate on the way down, engaging another lockup. That box was not 50-90lbs, IT WAS A PATIO FURNITURE SET. What happened in that video was just egregious. It's worth watching of course, so we can learn lessons.

I’m 5’1 and weigh 100lbs. I can carry up to 50lbs but if 50lbs were above my head like that, I’d be screaming in panicked pain too. I’ve definitely been pushed a few times to help move something that weighs more than me and I’m lucky my back didn’t break all those times. My back definitely would be out for a day or more after.
