It is very obvious that Caitlin Clark's game against Connecticut was off because she was attacked on her sensitive eyes by Connecticut Sun's Carrington within the first 2 minutes of the 1st quarter. Caitlin Clark in the postgame interview said that it did not affected her. But we all verily know that it did. Every basketball player, specially the competitive ones, such flagrant foul, not only affects your eyesight but also emotionally (your anger immediately simmers and throughout the game it boils inside you that it definitely affects your focus - the pain in the eye constantly reminds you of the intentional injury).
