I eat and drink a lot of different natural foods (meats, fruits and vegetables) and don't eat a lot of any man-made things. I drink a shit ton of ice tea (mostly water from melted ice) every day. Man I eat quite well, virtually no junk food, walk 130 kms a week, but I'm a beer drinker. Why did beer have to be like that? AARRRRGGHHH!!

Yes, now that I’m 52, I notice that if I drink beer and eat the sugar, I can have sex only three times a day. When I was young, it didn’t affect me that much.
