I think there's a bit of you guys speaking with your hearts that clouds about of some realities.
    1) We are assuming that come 2026,Ferrari will automatically have a competitive car, yet it will new new regulations again. Also you can't discount what other teams could bring to the party, and also when we think of recent history, Ferrari has been late to the development party. They do eventually get there, but they start on the back foot.
    2) Aside from Charles being part of the system longer, although he remains a good driver, Lewis is past his peak, while Charles is getting to his. He did just have one of his best seasons, he was more consistent on podiums and added more race craft to his one lap pace. So beating Charles will be a challenge.
    3) Because of his improvement in race management, and his undisputed one lap pace, which is Lewis's weaker skill these days, it is not a given that Lewis will drive up easily to Charles or past him. I think though I know it's subjective , Leclerc is a better driver than George and therefore a bigger challenge.
    4) To give 2025 a pass and think 2026, we again assume that Lewis will still be at that high level. Just because Alonso has defied time, that doesn't mean that Lewis will. We must account for drop off that comes with the 4th floor. And let's not forget the grid is packed with serious younger hungry talent, amongst them is a Max and co.
    5) lastly, if the Ferrari is competitive, just like it is for McLaren with two closely matched drivers, they will take points off each other. There is simply no way Charles would play second fiddle with a good car to let Lewis get an 8th. Charles would be hunting for his first. We can't discount these facts.
On redbull, when all is said and done, Liam makes more sense for Redbull. I always said they have access to data, real time temperament that we don't, in addition to other business decisions. Even if Redbull had given Yuki the seat in a year or two he'd be looking at Aston Martin with the Honda connection. Liam gives them stability of life post Max, he creates space for Hadjar to come in and also gives Liam a shot to gain experience as other teams have pivoted to youth.

Lewis this is Lewis that it’s kinda crazy how the so-called journalists don’t learn from the history as one of the greatest of all time himself said it there is no driver like him and his record perceives him, so who’s taking a risk by moving to Ferrari? Lewis! did he make thst kind of risky decision before yes Did it work out for him absolutely yes
Whether he’s gonna be successful or not at Ferrari at this point, we all should agree that when it comes to him, you should stop assuming cause time and time again he proved himself to everyone. I don’t think you’ll need any kind of reassurance from him. And this decision alone made Ferrari billions of dollars he aside from the race. This man is a many making machine so I don’t think it should be a conversation at this point.

Agreed with most of the stuff except the Alonso stuff. If Alonso joined Ferrari he wouldn’t do any better than Lewis. Age affects everyone and especially in qualifying. If Ferrari does have a good car in 2026, it’s a better opportunity for Lewis in 26 than in 25, that’s what they are saying. They don’t think Lewis will win this year. I would completely agree that Lewis’s move to Ferrari is bad if he didn’t have an incredible 2023 season. Mentality is moved on in 24 so with motivation we can see a better version of Lewis maybe not as good as Charles but just good performances

We will come back here at the end of the season to discuss all your points, one thing I would ask you, don't say it was because of the car when Lewis thrash Charles.
You kind of give Charles the super driver stuff, we'll for your information, Hamilton has more race wins in his first two years than the entire F1 career of Charles, so I don't see what make Charles that great with nothing to show for it. How long now has Charles been in F1?
Judging Hamilton with the deliberate sabotage that Mercedes did is what is going to surprise you this year.
Hamilton when it comes to fitness, is fitter than most of the drivers on the grid.
No one wins an F1 title with a bycicle, all drivers need a solid good car to win, on a bad day your skills make the difference. We are yet to see Charles win on a wet day.
Charles has many deficit that makes his title bid not perfect and Ferrari won't have gone for Lewis if they trusted him.
Same thing for Mercedes in 2012 if they trusted Rosberg that much they won't have gone for Hamilton.
It is all about the driver and his ability.
Stop talking about age, that has nothing to do with Hamilton, older boxers still beat younger ones.
Hamilton will beat Charles if all cars are equal.

I think Sam is wrong saying Ferrari is more at risk with the move. Lewis has to prove himself to a team that is notoriously tribalistic. And it is a big thing that he is working for a team outside of the UK. He doesn't speak Italian fluently. That is a big deal to Ferrari fans. I think Lewis Hamilton has a lot more of an uphill battle. Ferrari just has to produce a good car and with the regulations not changing that is easier for them to do

Lewis's time is over! When you become 40, you'll be out of warranty, eyesight gets worse, reaction times become worse, muscle power becomes harder to maintain. I do think that Lewis gets humiliated by Charles. It's not a problem for Ferrari as Charles has a longer future with them, and signing Lewis did well for the stock prices!

Knowing that the Rb management deliberately decided to impair Checo performance by not giving him the same car as Max to drive and then using Checo's car to test upgrades to help resolve the RB 20's setup problems, ....... and then add 4 DNF's where Checo had no control .............. do you still think that the RB management made the right decision to upset team unity & capability by working against Max in his attempt to get his fifth WDC?

Look at how much money they are paying him. They are not making these decisions because they are biased and reading you tube comments. He is the GOAT 🐐.

This guy is going for the name and money and that is it.

Midfield driver with luck he drives Ferrari. Normally everyone get than p1 till p4 . If his name was max Verstappen it was only p1 . But he hasn’t the quality off max. And may be very happy his car is with Mercedes and McLaren the strongest. If he fin the championship not at least p3 its a shame and a lot off people shall say that he was only in the strongest Mercedes champion with luck.if 2026 against in this car not p1-3 in championship. Directly Ferrari must throw him out and put in his place for say250 miljoen a year . Because when you have max is guaranteed that you buy a world championship in a row . The best was and is not contracted this midfielder

Russell had one more zero point race than Lewis and still scored more points.
If we think of Perez and how poorly he drove, and Lewis was just one position higher, that’s pretty pathetic for a works driver. And Checo had 3 more DNFs than Lewis.

Keep dreaming, they relieved the team from a driver that cost them the championship. They create a fresh start for everyone...
To be honest, it's fairly impossible for Liam to fail harder than Checo. A steady top 10 performance is enough.
