Clarify- 22 overcame the biggest point deficit to title rival after 2 dnfs.

Every one of his 4 WDCs were outstanding in its own way. Compared with Lewis who really only had 1 outstanding WDC in 2008. L2023 RB was one of the best cars ever but it wasn’t the most dominant car in F1 history. Max dominated the records that no other driver had done before when they were in a dominant car for more years. 21 Merc were the fastest car. Max first atttenpt against a driver and team who had won the WDC and WCC for 8 years straight without competition. And he had to deal with Silverstone, massive crash and 25 points lost in an unjust way. Plus, max still had to pull off the overtake in ABD in one lap… not sure if Lewis would have managed to get past Max if roles were reversed and that’s why defensive driving the way Michael/Senna and Max is such a skill. Max isn’t as outright crazy as those 2 were either, he takes it to the very limit but rarely goes over. What is over? Lewis in Silverstone - just imagine if Max had pointed Lewis into the barriers at 180mph. He barely touched lando in Austria and was crucified by the media.. 22 he had to overcome the biggest deficit to main rival and Charles crumbled under the pressure. 24 he’s not had the fastest car for 75% of the season, winning races he shouldn’t have won - Canada, Imola, maybe Spain too, then topped it off with his unbelievable performance in Brazil, dealing the killer blow at such a decisive moment and under so much pressure. Also the RB fallout involving horndog and Max father, RB staff leaving, so much bias from the media and FIA - he overcame it all. He is truly such an astounding driver. For me, and for many, max is already the goat. Since day 1 at 17 he has been doing stuff that we haven’t seen before, 10 years later he is the most complete driver the world has ever seen.

Ad long as the asymmetric breaking, vibrating rear wings, mobile floors etc did not apply to him.

Crashmilton got karma for silverstone in 2021 for almost killing MV01 , actually when he locked up he lost it

2024 Max wrapping up the 2021 sooner is nonsense. He was near perfect that season and would have wrapped it up earlier if he hadn't been taken out twice by a Mercedes.

I believe it would cause a massive uproar in the racing world if Lewis Hamilton won the 2021 championship behind a safety car. The most exciting championship ever, finishing in a parade.IMO.

As of today Lando and Charles have not proved they can have the consistency to win a title. You have to give Lewis the best chance to win if the car is there which I don’t think it will be next year. I think Carlos has shown more consistency this season in that Ferrari.

it's crazy that Max is such a better driver now than in 2021 when he also had not the best car. 2024 is his best season as a driver and he is still getting better every year, he is just on another level than the rest of the grid. 2023 is his second-best season, after that 2021 because the battle with Lewis and 2022 was also amazing, but all his wins are legendary. It's crazy that he now won the WDC once in the second-best car and once in the 3rd best car, just unheard of and when he has the dominant car he obliterates the opposition.

🫣 It seems Mercedes cheated using the DAS system to get more heat into the rubber.

Wouldn't it be brave by RB if they would show up with the complete package they used in the first few races this year and actually see how much better or worse their current package really is? There's little to loose and Checko should be much closer to Max.

23 was the best for me aswell . Just the man and his machine in sync without making any (big) mistakes throughout the season only missing out in one gp must be one of the best accomplishments you can make as a driver .

Ppl just don’t want to accept that RBR don’t care about the WCC. They clearly don’t, and thus, they don’t “have” to make a change. 4-4 Max WDC with Checo as teammate, plus all Checo’s money. It works.

I think Red Bull threw the constructors championship on purpose for the extra wind tunnel time. Because the drivers championship is what matters.

What is amazing to me is... if you count from Miami onwards.. Max has outscored EVRYONE! So even with the third fastest car he still won the title... So if next year the Red Bull is on equal terms as Mclaren Lando will stand no chance.

Max is a Legend.

Max gets a lot of shit from Mexico but if you have a look at it....Max had it planned all along that if he got in front of Lando, he would keep him behind long enough for the Ferrari's to win or cause a wreck. He succeeded in preventing Lando winning the race and minimizing the points loss as the RB20 was shit that weekend.

After brasil no doubts, before... Yes sir! We have seen it all this season.. In control and off days for Max, but what a season it has been with 7 different race winners!

Bows down?! Not in this house. Not a fan at all, acts like a spoilt child on the track. Not quite as bad as Schumacher because the 2021 debacle was not of his doing but he will always be tainted by it. And in the following season how can a car be between 1 and 2 seconds a lap quicker than the rest of the field? Very, very questionable.

Don't know whether it was Max's best season but for sure 2024 is the best ever Formula 1 season. Never before so many multiple winners in single year.

Cheating in the 1st half of the year sealed the deal.

There are many good driver out there ,not only Racedriver!
