Thank you for the build, i have so much more survivability now. At first i thought removing so much of those 10% minion dmg is gona hurt but not too bad actually and its so much better now. Was dying even in t1 maps but now able to breeze through 3 and 4 without optimal gear

Are you wanting to be able to see the full passive tree for a certain period so you can just screen shot it? Or what exactly is annoying about the camera/gameplay during the passive tree section?
Bro, I’m only level 32 had a horrible time originally beating the wolf of Galino and the other really annoying boss. That was a part of the Titan. I completely changed my skills and replicated as much as I can for now your build and completely. CHANGED THE GAME!!! Thank you bro. Thanks for the informative video; it's been really helpful. It's a shame to see rude and disrespectful comments from people who don’t appreciate free content. Cheers!
I have few questions: 1. Why no Raging Spirits as extra DPS since you already spam Walls? Especially on Bosses since you can't Detonate Dead or get Grim stacks, it would be free extra DPS, especially with all the crits you have stacked. 2. Wouldn't Bolstering Presence and skills around it greaty buff your Pain Offering Aura for your minions? 3. I am not sure I understand why you stack Armor so much. If you went for more ES nodes - you could easy get to ~8K Energery Shield without Grim stacks even.
1. The issue is that you have to drop an Arsonist to run Raging Spirits. I believe this is a damage loss, especially when you consider arsonist using up most of the good support gems. Gem quality is also a much larger damage increase for Arsonist than it is for Raging Spirits. Ultimately i don't think its worth running, but I could be wrong about this, more testing is needed. 2. I agree with you about Bolstering Presence. Before launch Pain Offering didn't have the aura tag, and I never checked it again. But yes its actually a great node, thank you for pointing that out as I didn't realize it had changed. Next version will most likely utilize it. 4. Its possible you are right that my armor is over stacked. Its fantastic to have this much armor against both physical hits and for mitigation via Heatproofing, but its possible that getting more es could be more effective overall. This is a pretty complex math problem to work out and will also require data about how much damage different enemies do at different levels. Its definitely a good point to consider and keep in mind for future iterations of the build. Good feedback, appreciate your input.
1. He went with Grim feast for being a Tank. Perhaps he has enough damage from other sources 3. He selects nodes that use % of his armor to mitigate some elemental damage and also provide energy shield recharge rate. He picked crit nodes everywhere (seems like) so didn't want to invest in ES in nodes. All this is my understanding from video and am a new player so take everything with a grain of salt.
If its stupid OP, its gonna go on the choping block equally as fast. Any build in PoE that has mechanics that keep stacking on top of each other... creating completely bonker playstyles at that level... yeah, the 'meta' has never survived in that game, for long.
@Goblin-Inc ditch the healing minions go with the flaming skulls that like 50% more dps... your minions should heal just fine with the 3% from your skill tree... skulls also good targets for detention from the arsons 30% more damage and blocks damage to you'er minions and blow up when they die (when killed big dps bosses kill them easy you have been pumping minion health now that's a lot of damage) and are always there so when bossing and all your minions die you can spam out some skulls...
I'm kinda confused with the quality improvement of the arsonists. The extra effect you get is under the Command: Explosive Demise spell and not directly under the arsonist. In your video it felt like you are talking about the arsonist dealing way more dmg by higher quality and not the explosion. Can anyone pls clarify what is actually getting buffed by the quality?
im very amazed people get so far right after realease. especually in a game like PoE. also happy, because i dont have to look up stuff by myself. i was so utterly bad in PoE2 till i looked up some build xD
Hey, just a weird little quirk I noticed while playing with Clerics: If a minion dies with last gasp, the clerics WILL still try to heal that minion even though it's on 0 life. I can picture both clerics dying with last gasp, and then spamming heals on eachother for 4 seconds before dying.
thx , i am using your build with a little extra dmg. i saw you had a open slot and i am using "rising spirit" and its so effective that i make more dmg with both skills activ. casting firewall activates 5 spirits and casting 2 i get the mex of them. it is freaking easy.
Dont forget that you can get +max fire res on red jewels. I also think that the Wide Barrier node on the tree is worth the two points to increase your block chance to 50%+
Wow, I just found your video. I'm a level 35 witch and I'm surprised that I chose the passive skills tree like 90% the same as your suggestion. This look like a fun build so I'm trying this!
I genuinely wanna see a chaos arsonist minion build i feel like chaos is being slept on. There's even a path that translate a portion of minion damage to chaos damage over time you could probably get loads of of addition DOT and AoE
You're one of the few I've seen not recommend skeletal snipers with their gas bombs and scattershot nor bonestorm to do massive chunks of boss health damage - very nice!
I play similiar build like yours a crit arsonist, been going this way since I accidentally found that malice sceptre on leveling but I've been going hybrid not sure if it best or not basicly I got pretty good sceptre with good roll minion life on it so since I stack minion life for arsonist,I use my SRS with minion instability they use different support gem,and my arsonist can use the best support gem. Crit minion is real,in fact given that many crit minion node on trees is a green light from GGG,minion content creator been busy too much with rattling sceptre. I actually wish I followed this build at level 10 because that wolf of Galanoor is really hard. You’ll understand what I mean This Guy‘s build if I had that at level 10 or 15 would’ve completely changed how difficult this game was.
Very nice video for first time poe players like me . was trying this build but with different passives and a different staff , changed to this malice staff and just by the staff change the dps improved so much , also I feel like for the hound , elemental army support gem feels really good , or even with the arsonist for more survival idk .
Hey, I am trying your build and is going wonderfully... btw, you should really consider including Unearth to your skill set. You can explode 1 or 2 corpses to clear the zone and revive the rest for the next group. I am using it and it works pretty well.
I saw he has 9 times into strength., 1 times in dex, others in inteligence and what he needs from strength has in belt and shield as + to strength, hope this helps
I have seen Kripp run heavy hp and armor instead of going block chance. He stated block chance isnt a good state since you get 100% block when you raise shield. Also said crit chance is very low for minions and its a huge investment. I wonder what are your thoughts on this.
They just buffed block chance to be from all directions instead of only from the front so its worth running. Kripps calcs on crit chance were all based off of having a base crit of 5% which just isnt the case if you're running malice. So its not relevant. Also if you watched the video he explained his thoughts on taking crit nodes because he's pathing near them anyways.
So block is insanely strong, but i have been thinking more about going focus because i already have so much physical mitigation the shield might be overkill. The block chance though is just straight 45% damage reduction over several hits, thats insane. You dont need cap for that to be powerful. Crit vs noncrit is very very math heavy. By my math its roughly 25% better, but theres so many random ways to optimize. Its still hard to call objectively which is better, I currently believe crit is based on my math. Did Kripp watch this video or was he just speaking in general terms?
@Goblin-Inc Beidat's will which reserve 25% of hp into energy shield for chaos damage is worse because the way Eshield works is that chaos damage is 2x damage to energy shield. so your 3500 energy shield is only 1500 effective hp vs chaos damage. that is why your getting rekted by chaos damage because your also converting phy dmg into chaos. the way to fix chaos damage problem is actually mana node where you get -50% mp regen. damage taken now is blocked by your mana. this allows you to build mana as defensive stat and than if you go on other side of tree, reserve 25% of hp into mana. now you become resist to chaos damage. the issue is that if you decide to go mana route, it blocks you from using spirit reserve skill, sort of because you'd be reserve 50% of your max hp for spirit and mana. you have choose between glass cannon with minions and not glass cannon.
It would be helpful if you could map out the order of your talent points, so for those of us at lower levels, we know which direction to build the tree out early on and then in which direction to take it next after we hit the end of one node. Thanks in advance
Hi! I can't understand why the "Scattershot" is so effective, even though it cuts the base damage. We use "Pain Offering", which increases the damage from the base value. And our base damage becomes much less, so the increase is not significant. But at the same time, the efficiency is at the same level as without the "Scattershot"
Have you maybe considered that the "deals additional fire damage equal to max health" is in the explosion tab for a reason, the explosion has the exact same line of text, it probably has nothing to do with the basic attack of the minion unless there is spaghetti going on. I'm still unsure if quality even does anything for arsonists basic attacks
u have 2 links for build and campaign build ... when should we transition into the second build ? at act 3 ? 4 ? and when it comes to passive tree as we transition into the second build what is the order should we go with as we progress into adding more points
How can you have so much Strength and Int? :D I think I have "nearly" all attributes nodes and dont have nearly so much stuff. The gear you recommend also doesnt have +int or strength. Is there a mechanic that enhances this later? btw great video and thank you for your time
After further testing “ancient aegis” and “adamant recovery” do not affect your character at all… if you remove the passives or add them there are no changes, don’t use them until fixed.
nice build sir! Will try out! some playstyle/gameplay will be nice for the videos and how you run one map and if you can update the nodes for the attributes on what to pick will be nice :D
This is a cool looking build. I was wondering, I am starting fresh with Witch. Which build do I follow first before jumping into this build? I ask, as you have about 5 builds on mobalytics😉 Cheers!
Thanks for the build, I was really needing to change up my defensive strategy because I'm getting annihilated by mechanics like breaches on T7 maps. The difficulty is going to be capping out my resistances though, it seems like each good piece is at least 35ex and that takes me all day to farm.
Little tip to you infernalists Demon form hexblast build will cost you 10-15 exalt and you can clear to t15+ and do pinnacle bosses. My bone storm at 200 stacks does close to 2m dmg by itself
Maybe I’m missing something here but ALL minion crit chance is multiplicative bonuses. Even if you invest a massive amount of passives/gear affixes you still can’t even get them above 20% crit chance and the arsonists don’t attack anywhere near fast enough to where a 1 in 5 attack crit is worth the massive amount of investment.
Detonate dead is on all my witch builds because it is so so powerful. Try putting your spell cascade on detonate dead instead and just stand back and watch the fireworks. Trust me.
Lvl 78 witch here. I been using Kripps guide so far and while that has made me very tanky then I have been fairly low on damage. I might give this a go when I'll get the 200k gold I need for respeccing :) I was wondering if it isn't worth it to drop the skeleten priests for Raging flame spirits to give additional frontline / increased damage? I didn't know how Instil worked until now so it is nice to find out new things. My main problem now is that I have been stacking strengh and armour and I don't have ANY energy shield.. So I get a huge job to do.
Im going to be honest I have watched a ton of minion build vids so forgive me if this is the wrong tab but you recommend the gem quality upgrade for the Arsonist but reading the tool tip It reads as if that only affects the command ability. Also any thoughts on reavers? I seem to have a better time when I mix in a couple few melee minions due to map designs. I do enjoy your vids Cheers!
Just starting act 3 how to convert over, running reapers atm… I guess really to try and switch at what is this practical to scale against whatever act…?
I might have to try this someday, thought I'm not a big player. Pretty nooby honestly and can never seem to do these builds as they always seem to hinge on something i don't get
Hey I appreciate your video it gave me a lot of insight on how I should change my build a bit. Out of curiosity, is there a huge downside if you ran 2 brutes 1 cleric and then arsonists? I feel like the frontline aggro makes things more manageable. Not sure if its a huge dps loss?
Its a decent damage loss. I used to do this though before my arsonist got tanky enough/did enough damage that i didnt need a front line anymore. I do love me some brutes
@Goblin-Inc I gave it a whirl and dropped the brutes and found it wasn't an issue. Appreciate the sanity nudge! Quick question if you see this. I'm hitting 80 and the last stretch of your suggested build would be to either go into Adamant Recovery/Ancient Aegis first. Or to the Minion triple nodes of dmg/resists/life. On the 10pm side of the talent tree. Recommended priority?
yo man! have you tried changing the realm for the 4th trial? i continuosly disconnected while entering a new zone but changing realm fixed that for me :) hope it helps!
hey there, im completely new, so this may be a stupid question, but i couldnt figure it out through the video. theres a lot of nodes where u can choose str/dex/int. the Mobalytics link doesnt show which you picked and i couldnt see them all in the video. How did you choose when to pick int and when to chose str? are there like softcaps involved for the support gems or gear? i honestly couldnt find out when i should chose which one
Modified your tree routing a bit, i was able to get out 5 extra skill points same time gaining 300 more ES, more attack speed and damage and also 60% minion revive + some extra life for minions without losing any core defensive nodes.

Demon form hexblast build will cost you 10-15 exalt and you can clear to t15+ and do pinnacle bosses.
My bone storm at 200 stacks does close to 2m dmg by itself
This build is really good. I like Super Tanky, genius🙂
It is still good?
Ty for another vid! But quality of arsonist not showing in game, its visual bugged or it fix waiting room?
Hold alt and then click the command explosives tab. The damage works on their normal attacks
@Goblin-Inc Ty for clarification!
Not if you take necromancers talisman and get fixation of yix
Detonate dead is on all my witch builds because it is so so powerful. Try putting your spell cascade on detonate dead instead and just stand back and watch the fireworks. Trust me.
Lvl 78 witch here. I been using Kripps guide so far and while that has made me very tanky then I have been fairly low on damage. I might give this a go when I'll get the 200k gold I need for respeccing :)
I was wondering if it isn't worth it to drop the skeleten priests for Raging flame spirits to give additional frontline / increased damage?
I didn't know how Instil worked until now so it is nice to find out new things. My main problem now is that I have been stacking strengh and armour and I don't have ANY energy shield.. So I get a huge job to do.
You can get some insane crit dmg jewel for minions . The 25% crit bonus damage is like "more" ..and you can have many of those on the skill tree :)
I do enjoy your vids Cheers!
how did you get heatproofing without any line on the tree going on it ?
Nerf coming for the Bombers :(
Spiritcost is the Same for the mages :(
Is the build after the patch playible?
What about throwing in a skeletal storm mage with stormfire? Its shocks then are endless on ignited enemies and thats a huge chunk of extra damage
@goblin-inc With nerf to arsonist coming, worth using unique boots of Ullr - you lose though some resist and surviability?
Just starting act 3 how to convert over, running reapers atm… I guess really to try and switch at what is this practical to scale against whatever act…?
What are your atlas chart on the build?
still trying to figure out how to get heatproof on something or how to trade search for it
new to poe2 would love for a quick rundown of how to set up the basics of the build currently level 58
i mean the skill tree thing under the gameplay
when do you suggest switching from the first build to the second?
Any tips on how to craft all the gear - especially the amulet/chest/weapon @goblin?
I might have to try this someday, thought I'm not a big player. Pretty nooby honestly and can never seem to do these builds as they always seem to hinge on something i don't get
How do you get heatproofing on your Amulet? New to PoE so not seen this before 😬
Welcome to poe! Check out this video for an explanation of how it works! th-cam.com/video/VQuJoncxuSc/w-d-xo.html
@Goblin-Inc Okay but whats the order for heatproofing?
I have not yet done 3rd ascendancy trial yet - would this build be more suited to the honor one or the chaos 10 round one?
Love your build. Going towards it. However i keep dying when my arsonists die in bosses since I have no damage till they revive… Any tips?
Isn't the arsonist skelly minion skill the detonate? Or it actually increases their normal shot damage?
In before “Chaotic flesh reduced in efficacy across the board” patch notes on Monday. 😂
Oh god no
Great video
is the rarity of items found increase important perk on gear?
hey there, im completely new, so this may be a stupid question, but i couldnt figure it out through the video.
theres a lot of nodes where u can choose str/dex/int. the Mobalytics link doesnt show which you picked and i couldnt see them all in the video.
How did you choose when to pick int and when to chose str?
are there like softcaps involved for the support gems or gear? i honestly couldnt find out when i should chose which one
Always go str, until your skills require dex gems or high int for level
this is just so good
Do you use any support SKills in Malice aura ?
what would be Presence Modifiers to increase
the aura range ?
Newbie question here. How do you add “Allocate heatproofing”
you need Distilled Emotions
@@gukojui7682 which ?
@@Nadavgordonbar86 2 disgust and 1 greed
Is this a viable leveling spec? How many points do you need before you start to see it pop off if so?
How is he takling Heatproofing ?
Seriously
When is a good time to try to use this? I just finished the first level of the campaign, am 48 and going into cruel.
Modified your tree routing a bit, i was able to get out 5 extra skill points same time gaining 300 more ES, more attack speed and damage and also 60% minion revive + some extra life for minions without losing any core defensive nodes.
could you link it please :D
@@tehele I made quick vid of my passive tree mousing over the changes i made and jewels i use to compensate for the changes, check there if you intrested o/
hey mate is it worth to play the lego shield with 50spriti and chest with 100spirit? or better aim for more def with good yellow items?
Is this still a viable build after the recent changes to the spirit cost of our arsenists?
What Venoms do you recommend? Should We just take the 10% Chaos resistance?
How can i find those build guides on the Mobalytics app?
Did the arsonist nerf affect this build?
So no more skeleton brute build from that video from 6 days ago?
Can you tell us what support gems you have running on your malice?
can you please explain how to get heat proofing,it is very far from everything else,is it like the last thing to take in the passive tree?
