Brett is the reason that i'm still watching the show, so disappointed with the first half of season 4 ... i'm glad Agent Ward is back and can't wait to watch the new ep! hopefully he will be in SEASON 5 TOO!!!
Its a difficult one but ultimately I think they sould lay Ward/hive to rest, for the reasons Dalton said at the end of the interview. Brett Dalton has been fantastic and has been arguably one of the best mcu villains across the cinema and tv. But, other than this framework narrative how can they bring him back? Hive and lincoln were killed in space, ward was killed in the blue planet. Unless they can get dr strange on the show or maybe the Hand, or lmd ward, I'm at a loss. And at the same time he's right if they keep bringing him back it loses the meaning of finality. That said he would have been fantastic if they could've incorporated him in the captain america movies which would have made the most sense.
Almost everyone on Agents of SHIELD has been in a grey area for quite a while, except for a few totally evil people like Whitehall. No one is really a flawless cinnamon roll.
thank god he is back I stopped watching the show since those stupid producers kill him in the show like it wasn't enough already they fucked up his story by making him evil which was silly. Ward or Brett is the only actor who knows how to act in this show and all others have no clue how to act..
you killed ward and i was getting sad but then hes alive and then again he died and now he is alive but not in the real world Marvel please dont play our emotion.
they made so many mistakes on this show..making garret and him hydra was lame,.murdering the agents at tahiti was lame..coulson murdering ward was lame..forcing him into this extreme villian role was a bit lame..they could have done better with the development of him and his teacher for this show,they would have developed well as agents on this show

I like this, in the comics Shield characters like Daisy or Fury were always in grey area, Avengers in white, villains in black, it's interesting split
