hi, don't translate them. Instead learn the definitions of those words in English. You don't have to know the rules. Just open your mouth and speak, it's ok if you make mistakes. Just practice everyday

You can find them on Google podcasts app or Spotify. If you have trouble understanding then you can use subtitles otherwise don't.
