Love that comment...you know God has a plan for you, so don't compare, keep your perspective, trust in what God says, and listen to what God is doing in you! Be in the place God wants you to be! Am I where I am supposed to be for God!
I think preferences is hard because my kids, family and people close to me will get preferences and can lead to favoritism. Something that is hard but will make me think before doing it.
Why would you consider cutting out the discussion on racism? The fact is that in Christ there should be no room for racism. No acceptance. But yet many so call Christians will use derogatory language to describe others and still go to Church and believe they are living in Christ. God is about Love and I see Him in everyone and everything.
