Heres how i do it (Solo drill) I get a punching bag out (Or something that wont make noise) I get a comfortable distance away from it (Maybe 4 feet idk) and then i throw the ball at the bag and catch the bounce. If i do 500 of these a day i should be a pro in about 3 weeks. 500 x 21 = big number Thats 10500 hops read.

How would you suggest to delay the trunk's rotation?
find a way to delay the hand coming up or increasing front side stability to be able to hold trunk posture neutral
