- This is an RPG, so I'm doing what I would do in Night City if I was really there, which is walk around. Despite its flaws, this game is as breathtaking and immersive as I hoped it would be. This is running at all ultra settings with DLSS set to quality.

I know this is completely different from the types of video I usually do, but I always wish there were more tech-demo-y videos out there like this.

city design wise, this game is everything i wanted from a cyberpunk esc game. i personally loved all the other aspects of it too but definitely can see the reason for backlash
Story wise it was really good as well.
This game is so beautiful, I gotta start playing it again. Best graphics the world has ever seen

anytime its cold in my house I just turn on cyberpunk with RT and my pc becomes a space heater. The devs were so thoughtful.

I wonder how many games out there allow for this level of immersion. Seems like most open world games don't have cities this huge

You have no idea how many times I had to reshoot a section because an NPC would do something utterly insane lol
i can tell when i get the game after its a bit more fixed up that ill be walking everywhere
It will take a year. I play quite everyday since the 10 December, and still finding new crazy damn good and interesting environments.
Still making new missions, and still having fun, maybe even more fun, becouse I do not hurry.
I have never seen anything like this in any game. I've seen Star Citizen, but this tops them! Now, if only the company that made Cyberpunk 2077 could make a game similar to this where you play an ordinary person who just graduated from high school and starting off from his/her parents' house looking for a job after searching the classified ad and earn a living. The catch is each time you go to work and return home, things you see in public is different each time, just like in real life.
There would be many jobs on the list to take that would take you to different parts of the city or city complex of more than one city where you may want to move away from your parents and rent an apartment or if you saved enough for mortgage and qualify for loan, buy a home. What would make the game more interesting is the stores you can go in and look around and perhaps buy something or events you can go to and see.
Finally, while all that is happening, you get to meet and make new friends (or enemies) by interacting with characters. You never know who you would run into and meet.
This was the kind of game CP2077 was advertised as and I assume most people were hoping for... a true rpg. One day we will get something like that if the publishers dont keep getting in the way...

@@eightrice Simulated real life in RPG. I know, it's sounds confusing. Imagine a computer calculating the scenarios in probability. The background is the same, but the event or circumstance is changed each time you go back to the place. How many times you went to your favorite store and see the same things happening? You never do! So should the game be.

me too. i delete this game about year ago and now i want to play but there is login issue with facebook and i cant login. and restore access to the account there has been a lot of progress. none of the methods work. and support is not responding. LOL

There are some areas that show the potential of what this could have looked like. Had this game had 2 more years of dev time it would have been something amazing
The game has all assets but its not connect to each other properly (not working in harmony)

Graphics will probably be so lifelike by then. They will probably be looking at it and talking about how the graphics aren’t that good believe it or not

Yep, all settings at ultra, so raytracing was at ultra, not psycho. Technically not MAX settings.
You would get much more views, shares, & subscriptions if you labeled and segmented the street's, districts, and neighborhood names like *Daydream Gaming who does walking through rpg ambiences/environments* does

And I’m pretty sure this guy has chromatic aberration enables which can give things in the distance a blurred effect

Maybe it is ultra, but not sure about raytracing on and it looks much better in higher resolution.

ayo answer please, is the 3600 bottlenecking the 3090?
I'm sure it is a little bit. There are some videos out there showing the combo I have in comparison to, for e.g. a 3900 and 3090, and the difference in Cyberpunk is about 10-20fps. CP2077 was generally a pretty poorly optimized game when this was recorded
Good story, great voice acting, great atmosphere and some good ideas. But a big disappointment overall. Some people did their job very well, others dragged the game down so much. What the game could have been...
