    I just want to let you know that you are a life saver. Even though your videos may not get many views, it is such a helpful tool your channel is. I started further maths in November and discovered your channel in January, since then it has helped me understand this course soo much. I really appreciate your time and effort into something, and the motivation, too. Even though your videos may not get many views, just know that people like me and the other few who do watch your videos greatly appreciate the time and effort you put in to help us succeed in our exams, thank you so much 1stclassmaths, the least I could do is subscribe and like all your videos. Please don't give up and carry on with your amazing content! It is even better than some of the TH-cam channels on here that have more than 500k+ subs! May god bless you for your hard work to help others! 😊🙏🙏❤❤

      Thank you. Not many people study this course so there is not much good content for students. That’s why I made it the videos. 😀 Best of luck with the rest of the course!

      @@1stClassMaths My teacher uploaded your predicted papers and that’s how I discovered your channel. Other channels teach but don’t show and you also cover complicated questions.
      You should be proud of yourself.

    i felt alright before today, i knew i was well an track to pass it and hopefully get a semi-decent grade. ive done many past papers, sample papers and predicted papers and all went alright. one i hadnt done is the 2021 paper. im now freaking out becuase i was only able to do around 15 - 20 marks of it without checking the answer sheet for assistance. im really worried now, ive never done a mock but have done past papers. lets put it this way, if the papers like the 2021 paper, im screwed and definatly wont be passing. so im probably gonna get a 9 in maths but a fail in further maths :/ anyways good luck everyone for tmrw and hopefully i can scrape through 😭😂

    For the first question and all the questions, is it necessary to take away the thing on the RHS from the LHS? Can't we divide the thing on the RHS by the expression in the LHS? By doing that I can only get half the answers as we don't have 2 separate expressions that = 0.

    Hello sir, I have a question. On the question at 6:32 would one of the solutions also be 45° if the negative solutions are -135° and --45° so -45° + 180 = 135° (which you demonstrated) but also would we not do -135° + 180 = 45° as well, as it would be in the range of 0° - 360°?

    • @1stClassMaths
      @1stClassMaths  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      -135 is not one of the solutions I am afraid. tan(-135) = 1 rather than -1

    You can divide the equation by cosx if you don't know how much it is

    • @1stClassMaths
      @1stClassMaths  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You should take care if dividing equations by cos(x) in case cos(x) = 0 as this might lose you some solutions to the equation.

      @HaiderBB-gq3li 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@1stClassMaths I know but you did it in one of the equation

    • @1stClassMaths
      @1stClassMaths  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Your original comment said you “can” but I assume you meant “can’t”.
      You can do this if you are dividing sin(x) by cos(x) to achieve tan(x).

      @@1stClassMaths yes that's what I'm trying to say and I didn't know that you can to achieve tan(x). Thanks 🙏😊

    Hi Sir, my teachers taught me about some CAST graphs, is this actually on the spec?

    • @1stClassMaths
      @1stClassMaths  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It is just a tool that people use to help them but I don't think it is a good way to teach it so I don't bother. I think you gain a better understanding if you learn the graphs.
