So this show started strong but it died when they showed her dad was actually alive. This just ruined the premise upon the whole show was built and it just collapsed. After that it turned into a soap.
soonsims should’ve stuck to the Count of Monte Cristo premise
i think it was meant to be like that bc at the end of the day, he wasn't dead and it wasn't worth it
I recommend the Turkish version “intikam”. You can watch it with english translate. The second season was impressively good and it doesn’t have the same ending as this one. I just finished it, I like happy endings so im little disappointed but i am sure you will love it.😊

I kinda was hoping after we found out he was still alive that he wasn't the good guy Amanda always thought he was and that Victoria had actually been telling the truth, her father wasn't the man she thinks he is, like he was actually part of the conspiracy and they just pinned it all on him as the fall guy or something, and she had to end up taking him down too.
Revenge is one of the best shows ever!! I truly wish it would never come to an end.

2021 and I still rewatch this series because it is the BEST SERIES EVER. Ever since I watched it in 2011/2012, it lived rent free in my head. This show is sadly underrated 😩

What bothers me is nobody seems to care about who the real Emily Throne is. She sacrificed herself to save her loved ones but nobody really seems to care about her.
So Emily Thorne is now dead & Amanda Clarke has been reborn.
Emily and Daniel were Endgame, I'm sorry, bless Jack but he was happy with Amanda, they shouldn't have killed her, Jack should've stayed with Amanda and Emily should've reconciled with Daniel

I can't blame her cause he is hot asf and a good guy. The difference is that if Emily had told Daniel the truth he would have sided with her over his foul family. If Emily had told Jack the truth he would have wanted her still but not gotten so entangled in the nonsense. Amanda would not have even been an after thought if Emily told both or either the truth

Imagine how successful Mason's book would have been if he had come out to the press too saying he had the right to Emily's story, instead of framing her. She even told him he could write the whole truth. In fact, he was already writing about it when he suspected Emily and Amanda were working together to take down the Graysons. He was a total fool. He should ve just worked with Emily.
Right? And to instead hitch his cart to the sinking ship that is Victoria was lunacy. At least Lydia had the good sense to keep her head tf down and not come for Emily a third time.

He must be really pissed because Emily promised him that she will tell the truth first to him personally and she didn't.
@@margarethmichelina5146 actually no, Emily promised to tell the truth so that he would get out of jail, which he did anyway. She knew that once she told the truth people would be asking questions, so she promised him not to say anything so he would write the whole story. She came out to the press just to reveal she was Amanda but nothing more. My point is, her confession generated a lot of buzz, so imagine if Mason had said he had the rights to Amanda's whole story. Everybody would ve bought the book just to find out how it all happened. He def made a mistake.
@@alucinado1021 And the fact that he didn't apologize to David for making a book of his story being a terrorist back in Season One and Emily didn't tell her father that Mason is still alive just make it worse. All he had to do, be a man, apologize to The Clarkes andddd that's it. He is a pussy in the end and he will be forever be a "dead man walking" and living in guilt forever.
The show's creator wanted the show to end after 2 seasons (and wanted fewer episodes) and it's the main reason why he departed after season 2. I loved the show but it definitely was all over the place after season 2. Justin Hartley helped, but not enough...

As soon as I watched the first episode I began to see the similarities. I didn’t actually realize it was a modern retailing until I read it in the commentary for one of the episodes later in the season. Such a good show. Hate that it got canceled but least they were able to end it in a satisfying way.

i Only watched the show for Emily and Madeleine Stowe, Two my of favorite's, M.S. in Blink 1993 playing the Blind victim is a Superb movie..
I didnt dislike him but I never really cared for them as a couple. She was the best with Daniel, but he had to turn into an asshole. I liked her and Aiden too but they had to go kill him. I guess I'm satisfied her and Daniel's actors are together in real life. No wonder the chemistry was so strong on screen
I gonna give a credit to Jack to never give up to be with his childhood friend even though he was married to a wrong person before. But, the real problem is Jack is too stupid to make his own decision.
I dislike Jack too because he was too nosy at times and didn't know his place

revenge got boring real quick, any opponent that could give emily a hard time, they got someone to do the dirty work for her, amanda killed frank, her sensei killed tyler, the only delay in her plans was the wedding, but soon she was back in control of every movement of everyone around him, nolan had cameras and microphones up his enemies' asses
I liked the show too much until that “Margo “ showed up trying to run the whole thing it was boring to me when she showed up I kinda lost interest….
I just watched a movie called Revenge w/ Kevin Costner that had the description of this show with it. Sure wasn't this------what a disappoinment to say the least

I never saw Victoria as the bad guy as seasons progressed. Everything she did was for survival. Nothing was out of hate. She paid for her husband's crimes literally and figuratively. Also when she was younger she was sexual assaulted and that's where she had to do things to get out of that situation (revenge against her mother and hiding her son born out of wedlock).Then the show lost the plot when David was still alive and Emily Completed her revenge. At that point Emily became the bad guy by pursuing people who no longer had an agenda against her. Even Victoria became a better person.
