Press the down key on all of those toggles to the left and refill the 'GRV' with the values.
Albeit I'm a bit drunk tho

I don’t understand how to travel to other places? I’m on Jemison but I can’t fast travel anywhere as it says fast travel unavailable for every planet I look at and I can’t seem to grav jump, it appears to just not exist in my game? Surely you don’t have to manually fly everywhere or it’ll take hours just to get to the nearest planet?

Move all the power from your other systems into the GRV one, and see if that helps

The only place I can travel is where my mission is and I have a bounty there so every time I go there I instantly die

I had the same issue. You need to sprint until you run out of oxygen, then you get another warning that clears it.

Sprint until your O2 is out. After that you'll get a new message at the top of your screen. Problem solved.
