I just finished watching this cover of All Good People which is one of my favorite yes songs of all time probably one of my favorite songs of all time because there's so much going on in it the instrumentation the vocals it's just a perfect composition and I've got to say that your band deserves more than 810 subscribers when you can cover such a difficult piece of music like this! You should have 800,000 subscribers I don't understand the world they give a million subscribers to Absolute garbage and your talent and ability as musicians is Sublime it's amazing absolutely amazing I subscribed immediately after I heard the first 10 seconds thanks for keeping classic rock alive in a day and time where Auto-Tune and image seems to overrule
This a difficult piece to play. There are a lot of moving parts. The instrumentals were good and the vocals were ok. My only criticism would be to really make the percussion section explode. Alan White was one of the greatest and I am honored to say I got to hear YES front row, center stage before his passing. God rest his soul.
Sorry. My opinion? Do it exact or take it and add your style even if it is [almost completely changed. Never, ever do a basic version, especially with a song from a band as technical as Yes. I hear a lot of potential talent, it's almost like everyone is scared to come close. Except for the guitar player soing the solo lead.
nice. interesting ... Steve Howe uses a lot of open chords at various places along the fretboard. Watching the guitarist in this video doing so has suddenly made me aware of how useful a capo can be. After playing guitar for 40+ years, I JUST NOW realized how many open chords you can make with a capo with a lot of different resonant harmonics! gratt job.
