Today we are going to tell the renovation story of a luxury villa in Dubai. The developer delivered the house with white walls and kitchen. The owner decided to radically change the villa and invested in an upgrade. The architectural firm developed the project and it turned out great.
The villa has a minimalist renovation, a chill out zone with a swimming pool, interiors with premium furniture and fabrics from Armani.
In the video, the architect shared his impressions of working on the project.
On the first floor of the villa, there is a spacious living room with large sofas. There is also a bar and a work area. Next to the staircase there is a bonsai tree that is perfectly integrated into the interior.
On the second floor there are two spacious bedrooms with round bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms has shower areas with beautiful finishes. In the interiors, the office used the maximum of natural materials. These are stone, wood, leather.
Outside, after the renovation, a large swimming pool with a relaxation area was added, although it was not in the original plan.

It was all beautiful until I saw the LV fire extinguisher, after that I knew it wasn't about elegance it was about downright over opulence....of all the beautiful antiques out there, like an actual 17th century pottery or ancient artwork or a Banksy piece, someone made the dumbass decision to support a company that literally caters to looking rich but actually poverty. Ugh.

When people spend Millions of USD for a VIlla they expect privacy but there is no privacy. The Interior design is phenomenal bit its Sad that your neighbours can see you in your Pool, lounge and even kitchen onces the doors are open...
