This video is a day 3 update of my progress in getting healthy. The first two things I tackled were cutting out soda and quitting smoking. Surprisingly, the quitting smoking thing turned out easier than expected because one little trick kinda made me hate smoking!
Never quit trying to quit. I have been smoke free for 17 years this year after multiple tries. What worked for me in the end was thinking of others whom I loved that were affected by my smoking, nicotine patches and finding something to do creative with my hands. Good luck to you. This month I managed to cold turkey the soda pop too... I must say that I still miss the odd sip but being able to breathe due to imflammation decreasing has been wonderful. Your worth treating yourself well. Xx
How bad were the withdrawal from cigarettes the first weeks? My wife doesn’t want me to smoke and is concerned about my longues. Apparently I’m slow of mind because I still smoke and feeling bad for her concerns
When my dad quit smoking, while he was at home, he gave the pack to me to hold onto, cause he knew he'd feel guilty every time he came and asked me for one.
What worked for me is every time I wanted to smoke, I had to upload a video of it to TH-cam. That's probably a lot more convenient now than it was back then. But that way I always had a few subscribers to give me encouragement to wait a while for the next way.
Vice breaker. I smoked heavily for 30 years. I thought was gonna die smoking. But with all my years of research in quitting I finally found the answer. Vice breaker. I quit like magic within three months. Best 300$ ever spent. You should try it.
That a great and simple strategy to cut back on the number of cigs smoked in a day. It works because it is based two simple facts: 1) You don't need (or enjoy) every cigarette that you smoke; 2) People are lazy and running out to your car 20-30 times per day is a pain in the ass and perhaps embarrassing.

Best of luck you got this 100% God bless man. 8 months clean from all nicotine. Best advice is to have someone to make you accountable
You mean like a significant other or friend to call you out when you smoke?

How did you quit smoking with anxiety! I’m thinking about cutting down to quit! But I keep having panic attacks lately
