Because SW2 was voiced by a different company, due to Koei wanting the SW cast to not have the same voices as DW. Then WO happened and it was less expensive ot have two companies do the dubbing, so the DW cast and company did all the dubbing in that game and SW3 kept the voices from WO. But I still really miss the SW2 cast. Most of the voices were pretty good.
I agree. Motochika's voice was 100x better in SW2XL, I wonder why they changed it?

i think Wally Wingert is better than Bob Aubry, but that's just my opinion
