The gummies don’t help much. I use just plain elderberry syrup. Take your zinc and vitamin C separately. Sambucol elderberry syrup is a great brand but the grocery store brands work just as well.

I smelled the L'interdit Absolute today and it smells like L'interdit Rouge to me.. let me know what you think when you can smell again
They are similar but this one is smoky and more soft wood.
