Hello lovely! Just so you know with the washing machine. If you put powder in the pre wash and in the main wash compartment but don’t select the pre wash setting. It will take the powder from the pre wash compartment at the start of the wash or during the rinse. The option that has two lines like II is main wash and I is for pre wash. You probably already know but thought I would let you know Incase you didn’t select prewash and filled both compartments. Hope that helps x
