All your symptoms can be attributed to black mold and rusty pipes. I saw in the comments that you were tested positive for mold exposure. I hope you take the time to consider moving to a new apartment. There is no known method or chemical that can eliminate mold completely and mold grows so quickly that the chances of it spreading throughout your apartment is astronomical. Sadly it is probably in every room of your apartment. I pray that you can find a safe place to live and slowly detox from the mold and rust that has harmed your body. I hope you heal quickly and get back the strength and health you had before! I am a new subscriber and I enjoyed all your previous videos. Your Christmas decor style is very beautiful and elegant. In my case it was family who did me dirty and I had a fire, water leakage, and was screwed financially by siblings. I keep saying I checked so many boxes in the bad luck list...now things have to be mostly from the good list because that is where most of life items are in.

Right!!!! But according to California laws they are not required to do that 🥲 Plus my lease also stated that I needed to have insurance to pay if I ever got displaced. But he should’ve at least paid for the floors. Thank you for following my journey 😘💖💫
@@AlmondSummersWhen I looked up the law I saw precedent that they are ABSOLUTELY obligated to do that when the unit becomes uninhabitable due to things THEY are responsible for like maintaining pipes and habitable conditions . Did an attorney who specializes in tenants rights tell you that the landlord was not responsible for providing accommodations for you while the apartment was absolutely uninhabitable? I know you weren’t paying him rent through all that. Surely you were not

Did you have an inspector from the city come out or code enforcement? I feel like your landlord is PLAYING YOU!!

@@InspiredByEbonyLove There was a mold inspector who came out and did a bacteria test only, and told me, the landlord should do a separate mold test but the landlord said, “he shouldn’t be telling you this as the tenant.” But he never did a mold test after that.

All your symptoms can be attributed to black mold and rusty pipes. I saw in the comments that you were tested positive for mold exposure. I hope you take the time to consider moving to a new apartment. There is no known method or chemical that can eliminate mold completely and mold grows so quickly that the chances of it spreading throughout your apartment is astronomical. Sadly it is probably in every room of your apartment. I pray that you can find a safe place to live and slowly detox from the mold and rust that has harmed your body. I hope you heal quickly and get back the strength and health you had before! I am a new subscriber and I enjoyed all your previous videos. Your Christmas decor style is very beautiful and elegant. Welcome back!!! My condolences for your loss. You have gone through so much, now its nothing but good things to go. I went through something similar. In my case it was family who did me dirty and I had a fire, water leakage, and was screwed financially by siblings. I keep saying I checked so many boxes in the bad luck list...now things have to be mostly from the good list because that is where most of life items are in.

The landlord should have put you up in a hotel as your apartment was covered in mold. And I am excited for your new journey.❤❤
Right!!!! But according to California laws they are not required to do that 🥲 Plus my lease also stated that I needed to have insurance to pay if I ever got displaced. But he should’ve at least paid for the floors. Thank you for following my journey 😘💖💫
@@AlmondSummersWhen I looked up the law I saw precedent that they are ABSOLUTELY obligated to do that when the unit becomes uninhabitable due to things THEY are responsible for like maintaining pipes and habitable conditions . Did an attorney who specializes in tenants rights tell you that the landlord was not responsible for providing accommodations for you while the apartment was absolutely uninhabitable? I know you weren’t paying him rent through all that. Surely you were not
@@AlmondSummers He should have paid for everything!! Including your damaged holiday decor, the stress it put you under, damages for your MOLD related auto- immune issues and respiratory problems. Did you have an inspector from the city come out or code enforcement? I feel like your landlord is PLAYING YOU!!
@@InspiredByEbonyLove No, a lawyer didn’t tell me. I googled it. You’re right, I feel like the landlord should have paid for me to stay somewhere. No I didn’t pay rent during that time.
@@InspiredByEbonyLove There was a mold inspector who came out and did a bacteria test only, and told me, the landlord should do a separate mold test but the landlord said, “he shouldn’t be telling you this as the tenant.” But he never did a mold test after that.
