Hi Den Thanks, I am glad to hear that you got help. Now, see It totally depends upon the visa officer, but nowadays they issue visas for 10 years or till the passport expiry date. Secondly its 100% fine, you can visit india or back home country if you have valid work permit. I have same visitor visa on my TRV sticker but I am on work permit too, last week I cam from India and there was no any issue. For your safe side, I suggest you to carry your work permit along with, just in case they ask then you have something in hand. But you don't need to apply again, it's all good. Hi Raman TRV means temporary resident visa. If your brother already has a temporary resident visa then I don't think he needs the same again.
