Proprioception (you're body's ability to sense movement, action, and location) is a key competent of balance as well. Here are a few more balance exercises that focus on improving your proprioception. Be safe and balanced! th-cam.com/video/sZ3sCBdqCVU/w-d-xo.html

I love this! There is a group in Virginia called PKMove (PK is for parkour) and they work with seniors to develop balance, proprioception, safer falling, and getting up off the floor without assistance. It warms my heart to no end to see people educating others for a stronger and healthier life! Please keep up the good work.

I have ataxia from MS and live alone (it’s possible) and it’s tough but as I always say, fare is what you pay to ride the bus! I use my poor speech and walking to my advantage because people tend to think I’m stupid/drunk. Like even doctors and nurses who know I have MS.

Hi you guys are good! I was in PT several years ago for balance issues, most of the exercises I could not do. They had me stand put one foot in front of the other and walk without touching the counter in front of me, another one was sitting in a chair and stand up without using the arm rests !I live in a senior community and most residents have to use the arms .I am using a rollator and that seems to help me. Do you think the aluminum walker is stronger ? Thank you. I enjoy your videos. :)

OMG couple days later there in throw away garage a shower double wide seat perfect bench..I started 3 days ago with 30lb dumbells..today did sumore and curls over head with 20 lbs.did sum medium squats oi vey..so far shoulder not complaining..I listen ..Bob's bac giv me 50..1 2 3 4 5 -50.

Jesus Christ is Lord! He is God in flesh- The Son of God. He died on the cross shedding His blood to pay for our sins, was buried, and He was raised again bodily the third day by God. He was seen by over 500 witnesses. Repent and believe in Christ for salvation and forgiveness of sins!
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believe that in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life. - John 3:16
