Wow, great content! You definitely deserve more subs. Super high quality and good informative especially for beginners like me. Looking forward to more videos from you. Perfect mix of what I like. Keyboards, pc, mice, and headphones. Just a note, for the series you're doing for switches, id recommend you keep one board just to test to remove variables.
Thanks for the support and the feedback! I have been thinking about what you said and I think moving forward, I may use a NK65 entry edition for typing tests because many people still have access to one or might own one themselves, what do you think!
Thank you so much!!! :D Gonna keep working hard at improving my content and delivery, let me know if you have any suggestions for how to get even better!
Great production! New to the hobby and this helped me make a decision to try these switches out! Still not sold on either tactile or linear but giving them all a shot haha
Hi Kevin, thanks for the comment. I've got a metric ton of switches in the backlog to review/test/throw away (TKC dragonfruits i'm lookin at you) but I will get around to it soonTM! Thanks for letting me know because it definitely helps me schedule out my upcoming content if I know there's something that a supporter wants to see, so I'll get it done! I'm thinking of doing a sound test video update because I got a new mic and want to keep everything as consistent as possible!
@@MakerMods I wouldn’t mind spring swapping if it helps with the feel. And I‘d play a variety of games. CS and Val, GTA, Cyberpunk, some Dark souls, good old Minecraft, warzone etc.
@@PatsliTV For sure! I personally prefer the sound of the bobas! I like heavier more tactile switches so I spring swapped with kinetic labs 69g symmetric springs and they really spring back on the upstroke. To preface that though, whenever I have to do a lot of typing (for example, when I"m replying to youtube comments like right now, haha!) I pull out a linear board. But for gaming I don't mind playing on a heavier weight tactile so I don't accidentally actuate the switches while my hand is resting on the board! I play only league and valorant and for both, I use 69g spring swapped anubis switches which are similar to u4t. hope this helps! :)

@@MakerMods that sounds like a great idea!
Agreed, excellent info and style! Especially the detail on materials and what they mean. Enjoyed the salmons as well. Subbed!
The quality of this video is amazing man, especially for a lower content creator. Keep up your amazing videos man!!! I hope to see you grow farther!

Haha welcome to the empty wallet club! Let me know if you have any questions or requests for vids!
@@MakerMods Have you been able to get rid of the either spring or leaf ping that comes from these? I can't seem to.
Awesome video! Any update on your lubed/filmed test? Will you be posting another video shortly?

great content... love the new look and LOVE the timestamps!!
Thanks for the Feedback!!!
Good to have you back!
I absolutely love this. Keep up the great work!!! 💯
Thanks so much!!
arent the black cherry housings made of some mystery nylon blend?
I was under the impression it was nylon as well and am curious about this, which is not a criticism of the content.
Very good stuff man. Subscribed.
Thanks so much for the support!!!
underrated youtuber check
anyone spring swapped them with lighter ones like 45-55g? are there any known issues with uptravel on lighter weights?
Good stuff, really liked the video bro :)
where the switches lubed? or filmed?
Not yet! Put them in my daily driver board and am going to use them for about a week before I lube and film them!
are these long pole stem switches?
Sorry for the late reply. These are not long pole!
@@MakerMods no worries, thanks for replying!
If you want to do a database, I'd recommend contributing to the existing switches.mx database
Wow, that's super cool! I hadn't heard of this. I'll reach out and see if I can start adding my data to the site! Thanks for the tip!
fits my username, might buy
Can you put them in a mz61 and can you make a video on how pls?
I don’t personally have an mz61 but I’ll check it out!
sem sem but different!!!
Have you tested their salmons too?
Yes I have! I have a review up on my channel :)
@@MakerMods perfect, I’m debating between these two and bobas. Which do you prefer for gaming?
Between salmons and boba, would you leave them stock or possibly spring swap?
EDIT: also, what type of games!
