I MIGHT try this. If I don’t, I may just choose to make it one of my goals, like what you suggested in the first video. A goal like, “I won’t go out to eat.” because, with my job, I’m always in my car and it’s so much easier to just go to a drive thru to eat than to pack something or cook at home.
I have always wanted to have my own "book of shadows" so that I can make notes and learn more about my spirituality. I thought it had to be a "fancy" store bought one from a metaphysical place. But I will tell you those are expensive with my tiny little budget. Since I am an Artist by trade, I decided to create my own book of shadows out of my supplies that I have. Also since I use un-paper towels and family wipes I have saved that money over the months to buy quality art supplies! Now all I am doing is decorating the book and journalling. That little trick has helped me to do more pendulum work and get my ideas down on paper! 😊
@@TheWholenessShift I have just been able to dry some blood oranges 🍊 from the store successfully and now I am able to make a spell bowl 🥣 with all of my other goodies that I have saved! I am so very happy about it all! 2025 will be a better year for my family I just know it!
