    Much easier and neater to use 4 rechargeble enerloops cells!

    To run a 2s lipo/ li-ion pack you have to check the voltage regulators in the flysky fsi6/X. Some regulator can only handle up to 7v before overheating and burning out. A heat sink can prevent this but it is better to change out the voltage regulators with better ones.

      @Saifbak16 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      FSi6 can handle upto 8.4 volts

    All parts of the circuit of the fs i6 works with 3,3v from single regulator. The beast modification for this is with 3,7v batery, but needs to change the firmware to change low voltage alarme.

    A 1N4007 in series with the 7805 GND pin could have made the 7805 output 5.6 to 5.7 volts which would be more suitable then the common GND becomes the cathode of the diode..

      You are welcome! Actually 2 Diodes = VERY Fresh 4 AA batteries. AA When Very new and Freshly made = 1.6V x 4 = 6.4V for maximum signal but if you are unsure add a different diode type with the 4007

    your transmitter power is a perfect way to establish. Very careful on doing it. in this way will not get alarm beeb. and 5v get heat up and unwanted wastage of battery.... having this setup in outside is dangerous while flying... Also Never try with usb bank even. you may get sudden power drop. so finaly I can recommend the best way is using rechargeable battery. it will not give sudden power death. use Panasonic eneloop...varta....1800-3000ma NIMH battery. specially use Low dischange rate battery. I charge the battery normally after my 5-6 flying. If you not using for even 6 month no discharge. So no need to charge.

      Do NiMH batteries work well with this radio? 4 NiMH batteries should give only 4.8V

      @@ramon2190 I use NiMH on my flysky i6x
      And I don't have any problems. It won't show battery full charge but they work and also have low battery alarm.

    looks like it's at only 5.06 V out of 6v for the AA batteries...looks like you are running this transmitter at low-voltage, thus damaging it.?? no? and so why don't you have a LIPO that can fit in the battery compartment then never again needing to replace the battery? how can we do this together

      As the current consumption is less than 130mA it rarely gets hot
