Supported and encouraged by the Free University and the Technical University, we devote our free time to vocal and instrumental music in its many forms. We are award-winning, active at home and abroad, and have been visited by such distinguished guests as Queen Elizabeth II, the German Chancellor and the German President. We perform not only to full houses at the end of each semester, but also on many other occasions such as competitions and concert tours.
Come and share our enthusiasm for music! Because music connects!

Under the roof of Collegium Musicum Berlin, some 450 students and staff of Freie Universität and Technische Universität are gathered to follow their shared passion for music. With most of the musicians having no professional education in music, our two orchestras, two choirs and one big band take great pride in their high level of achievement.
