Bellinger is my favorite Baseball player... its sad to see him leave the Dodgers but I guess it's what's best for him. We all know what he's capable of so let's hope he finds his form again
I really hope he pops off this year. I really believe he still has that elite level play that he’s shown in the past and that with a change of scenery and being fully healthy, he can flash that MVP potential that he has.
Mannnnnn just imagine if Bellinger can return to the ROTY or MVP form and with Hoerner, Happ, Swanson, Suzuki, Wisdom (good glove and power mostly) ...but when you add the promise of the Cubs young pitchers like Steele, Thompson, Assad, Wesneski, Alzolay, and many more...it's really exciting!!! If Cubs can gg caliber defense in CF.. and get .260-.270 with 25 homers, drive in 85 and get 10-15 steals.......then that's pretty damn good and it could be a good year for Cubbies!

You can hear the sorrow in his voice in the beginning. Once he got by the questions we all knew were coming, you can feel the weight come off his shoulders and the confidence in his voice returned! He will finish top 5 in the MLB for home runs in 2023! I hope he hits one at Dodger Stadium in his first at bat as I will be there! I never gave up on Bellinger!

Nothing against Bellinger, but Wil Myers would have made more sense. Myers can play any outfield position plus first base and third base. He hits for higher average than Bellinger and is an outstanding baserunner. Myers has never played in a park that takes advantage of his power to both left and right center. He would probably hit at least 30 home runs as a Cub.

Cody literally said the exact same thing going into the 2022 season, that it had to with injuries and he felt the healthiest he had felt in years going into the 2022 season, now turns out there was injuries.
