    Delands a nice town..ive lived here my whole life...ive had 5 sons born at deland hospital...now they will not quit building subdivision..they are everywhere..this place has a feeling of overpopulation now ..traffic is out of control compared to a few years ago..we used to be able to fish and ride in woods all over this area...its all houses now.

      Thanks for your comment. Yes, DeLand had been growing quite a bit over the last few years, as has most of this area. I guess we have to share the benefits of living in DeLand.

    What can you tell us about Bent Oaks Estates in Deland??

      Estates at Bent Oaks is a very nice neighborhood featuring large, reasonably priced homes. Homes in there have sold, in the last couple years, from $350k to 535K. I don't think there's anything currently on the market in there. It's a smaller neighborhood within the Bent Oaks Subdivision, which may have some homes currently on the market. I believe Estates was built first, in 1991-93. Bent Oaks has a little more variety and was built from 94-2004.

      That's a great question, and one that we gave a good bit of thought to. Pelham Park was selling out as we began this video.

By the way, It would be very interesting if you made a video about the new Sunrail station in Deland, FL and what construction projects are planned in that area. I have heard that there are many projects planned around the station for the near future. Do you know about this?
