Does the key cylinder still need to be removed for the dash mounted button? If so, is there a plug or cover plate that will be provided to give that area a finished appearance? Thanks!
You don't have to remove the key cylinder but it will not function, so I prefer to plug the hole. The kit includes a plug for the ignition hole. Can't paste a picture here but you can see it at maseratimods.com/products/keyless-remote-start
