when you want to hold water in like this use screws with pipe sealant dabbed on the ends it keeps the boards from bending and from water leaking where the screws are together plexiglass is fine in fact had you made the outside look like a tree house then made a large plexiglass box inside itd be alot safer

You should have put wood poles on the walls in the middle just a few inches away from eachother and that would hopefully stop the water from bulging out
You should have put metal strips going down the sides of each of the walls since the wood was vertical to reinforce the sides and with the bottom you could have had 3 polls underneath as well as using the trees to help prop it up. Remember in construction Triangles are the strongest shape for supporting something. That's why all bridges have triangle shaped supports.
How bout a fishtank tree house made of the material used for making actual aquariums like glass or acrylic sheets? Like that u guys can make see through fishtank tree house
