In time your brain will do the work by slowly erasing memories if them that are no longer useful to your survival. All you gotta do is make sure you come out on top a better man than you once were. It hurts, but sometimes blessings in disguise are the most painful. Keeping hanging in and everything will get better. It always does 😊
I’m 2 months into No Contact & getting stronger by the day , I’m working out 5-6 days a week, I got a new job that pays more , Been reading books on investing & Financial literacy . I have three trips booked for next year & actually gotten closer with some friends and family I’ve kinda neglected while I was in the relationship . I do have a little doubt that she will reach out but at this point it doesn’t even matter I’m so focused on myself and being the best version i can be . If she does comeback theirs no doubt in my mind I’ll will be a whole NEW person . NO Contact is a WIN WIN because it gives you the opportunity to heal and work on yourself & gives you strength to move on and just let time take it’s course. If they truly love you they will come back . If they don’t then it’s clear they weren’t yours to begin with .
Good luck man, you have the right mindset. My last ex didn't reach out until 6 months after our breakup, so don't be discouraged too much although of course it's not guaranteed for everyone.There's no way you can't not be a better person than you was so surely anyone equal/better is going to want you.
Coach we did it! She came back after being apart 4 months! for the people that are going through the storm...I promise it does not last forever! Continue to work on growth and yourself as a person and continue to listen to coach Craig! We both go to different colleges in the state and just a few months ago she couldn’t do it due to distance. As soon as I started to live a life without depending on her she came back and was dying to have a relationship with me..thank you for getting me through the worst 4 months of my entire life!

I know exactly how this feels.. one minute I’m telling myself ‘he’s never coming back, I just know it’ the next I remind myself of the times when he was crazy about me and think of all the success stories and other exes who came back (and trust me 99% of them did) and think ‘why not me, maybe he will come back’

You know what? I noticed that when one of the two partners wants out of the relationship (usually a more attractive 3rd party interest somewhere hanging around that makes them all tingly down there) they will say the most hurtful, destructive, untrue, self-centered remarks just so you will let them go and not confront them. They blame everything on you even if you know you did nothing wrong and you were the best partner they could ever have. Yeah, to get what they want -"their happiness" they will throw you under the bus, and roll over you 3-4 times to make sure you can't breathe..... They want you shocked, devastated, destroyed and paralyzed at that moment and until the relief period is over so you will not fight it. That gives them a clean break-away. After that, they have taken you down so low you become a wreck, a mess and have nothing left of yourself. Realizing how attachment goes, most of these morons do come back (at some point) expecting you to reunite because the grass is not greener on the other side and some of us idiots (including me at the moment) do take our ex's back. All I have to say is no matter what happens respect yourself and always stay on a level above them. When they go low, you must go high... that does mean stay in No Contact and work to build yourself up again after they destroyed you. Isn't love fun???? (in case you are wondering, over here-a seven year relationship, 6.5 months in no contact and not one dam call, text, email. I deserve better than that). Having said that, to all my lonely hearts out there I truly wish you did not have to go through this and particularly with this COV-19 thing which makes it hard to even think about socializing and getting back out there. Maybe it is a blessing in disguise that we are limited. We all need time to heal from our love wounds before we get into another relation-shit.

They do come back in time I never trust me when I say NEVER thought mine would be but did when I was focusing on myself & didn’t reach out at all. Do you! Everyone says that but it’s true work on yourself this is you time to fix whatever makes you unhappy about yourself & life.
Victoria how long did it take for your ex to come back? What happened in your situation? You really believe they will contact you at some point...even when they ghosted you? Mine was a short term r’ship only one month and I barely knew him so you think that will work in my situation? Did you do any coaching or you did this on your own?
Grace Yang he came back within a month, we were together & living together for 4 years & engaged for 3 1/2 of those years. I moved to a different state for him & once we moved he acted like a different person. I found out he was cheating on me with his coworker & moved back home & they’re still together. When he came back he told me how much he missed me & will be in love with me forever while still being with that girl. I stopped talking to him & now a couple months later I found someone wya better he treats me like a queen. They do come back love just focus on yourself & when they do act like you don’t care to communicate & take long to reply & guarantee you it will kill them ! Also don’t post sad things on social Media, post happy photos or quotes it kills them to see you move on! Hope that helps love ♥️

i really find it so easy to say im the wrong one, im the one that should always take the blame, every fight, every arguement.... being depressed knowing she’s getting better and im getting worse is pretty difficult to take

Hey Craig, I can’t afford your coaching sessions at the moment but I’ve been watching literally all your videos . Piece by piece I take info from all of them and give myself the closure I need. It’s only been a month since my break up AND I’m already starting to care less about my ex. I’m even taking notes from each of your videos for future purposes. Sandy Z keep up the good work! Im almost 2 months NC/since breakup. It does get easier and im feeling so much better about myself. Shitty experience but a very important one in my opinion even though it’s terrible. True saying, “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”.
It’s just so hard to swallow the fact that 6 months could end up going by and she hasn’t reached out yet... I don’t want any more time than necessary to pass before I’m able to have this person back in my life. This is why I always battle with whether or not I send a message or call in order to let them know that I haven’t moved on from them.
I've sad so many "aha" moments since I put in real work to change. I quit listening to friends and family, I started getting professional therapy, making financial goals, exercise goals, everything. Hopefully my ex still reaches out, but I am doing far better than before. I think I improved more than her.
I’ve been taking your advice and I’ve been leaving him alone. What’s weird is that they feel a disturbance in the force when you’re out - my ex called me yesterday as soon as I walked into a bar. He called me to see if I was home because he needed something from the home we shared. Then he called me this morning because he needed a picture of his Insurance card because he had gotten pulled over. Hmmm.
My ex says she wants to cut all ties with me and that she wants to give her new relationship as much chance as she gave me to work, I have wished her well and gone into no contract, this is not what I wanted to hear but I have told her that I respect her wishes

When she comes back to rekindle, and you decide you still want her, take it slow. It's a new relationship and you go through the whole process again. Honestly though? I would not take her back. Simply because she just threw away 8 years for some dude who will dump her 100%. She will then come crawling back to you but during that time you were alone you became the man you wanted to be. No contact does not always work. I did no contact and after 20 days she started seeing someone else. I reached out at 45 days and got ignored. 5 months later they got engaged. That’s been 2.5 years. She since told me if I had reached out sooner she would have come back right then. After a couple weeks she said she thought I moved on so she did... every single video that told me to let go couldn’t have been more wrong.

This video was so encouraging to me! I just went back into no contact....its been 4 months since the breakup, but I've broken no contact several times. I'm doing it again, and am on week 2. Its KILLING me, especially since I've contacted and seen my ex several times in December. He is very avoidant and hasn't initiated more then breadcrumbs with me. My ex asked me to lunch, said a prayer Thank you Lord for Kaye coming back to me, good kiss goodbye and texted me the. next night. He saw a picture on Facebook with another guy and I think he was just jealous. I am not reaching out to him. We will see. Not rushing into anything or I believe he will run again. Also, he asked how many guys I am dating and I did not answer and when he said the prayer I said nothing. We have been broken up over a year. We did text and see each other maybe 5 times during the break up. He does watch me on Facebook. I just believe he thinks he is losing me.

And how long did you do your NC? Were you posting updates on social media during NC or you went radio silence? So your ex only reached out to you after 1 year post break up?
My ex has been in a relationship for a year. I think it isn’t going to happen that he will come back anytime soon. Soon enough I’ll give in and just be occasional friend.
I believe his avoidant behavior caused her to be anxious not the other way around. Most anxious people are less anxious in relationships with secure folks. He was probably doing things like putting up crazy boundaries, lying, etc which caused the stalking...etc.
almost 6 months no contact. he’s added me on almost every social media (still blocked on fb😂) but so far no communication between us whatsoever. i feel that he is scared to contact me? but i’m too stubborn to text him first as I always think “don’t fix what you didn’t break”
Took me 7 months, never thought it would happen, but it did. She dated a bunch of assholes, all they did was remind her how good i was to her. I did not initiate contact during this period. She contacted me eventually, when she started contacting me, it was hot and cold. Would reach out, then I wouldnt hear from her for like months. Cause she was confused. Then it got more and more frequent. I didnt bitch when she contacted me, just was positive to her, kept conversation to a minimum, didnt reach out. I always presented the offer to meet, which she never accepted. Finally, she came to town and agreed to meet. Weve hooked up a couple times and she wont stop texting me. Only now do I initiate texts because were in a different phase, but I still try not to overwhelm her with communication (like I used to). Im not playing her, I actually have real feelings for her, just trying to take it slow because I want this to work the right way now. Dont give up, it may take a while, but follow these videos, they work. They kept me sane while I hate to say I was kind of waiting for her, giving her space to figure out I was the one. Its a tough process, you have to move forward, work on yourself, and in case they do come back, you need to be ready to deal with it the right away.
Btw, I dated too during no contact. Helped me move forward and helped me get my confidence back. To the dates, I was very honest, I said I was hurt and getting through a break up and just looking to have fun. They were very nice because I was up front that the dates were just casual and not leading them on.

Allow me to list my reasons why I doubt, 1. She said she doesn't love me anymore, 2. She's with another man now most likely a rebound though, 3. I lied to her a lot and broke her trust, 4. She claims she stopped loving me a long time ago 🤗
I was with my ex for six years. At times we would break up, but we would always get back together. This time he was in a new relationship and cheating on her with me until she found out. Since then we have been in no contact for 7 months now. However I saw him on tinder using a fake name! 7 months is the longest we have ever gone without talking since we met. I’m still so devastated :(

Half of me believes that my ex girlfriend will come back to me, the other half doubts that she’ll come back. However, I still have hope, I’m still very hopeful that she will, even though it’s been 76 days since the breakup.
I have gotten to a point where I honestly don't think he will come back....but I'm ok with that now. I have actually gotten to the point where I am ok with being just friends, as I'd rather be friends than nothing at all. I'm gonna work on myself, get better for the NEXT guy, and you know what, its my ex's loss. Hi, Coach Chris. My ex of 2 yrs broke up with me 2 months ago. He said he finds me too controlling. Also, we have been fighting pretty much in our last months because he is avoidant while I'm anxious. Good thing is, I recognized my mistakes and tried working on myself. I have tried NC for 20 days a month after the break up, but failed. Now we are back talking again. But, we have also been having very bad fights everyday because I get disappointed everytime he says he won't come back to me because he want to remain single forever (a bluff, for sure). It's confusing because he has been flirty, and he told me that he still cares for me but he didn't want me back. Also, there are times when he seems so annoyed at me. He also said he doesn't miss me and that it is better if we just cut contact forever. He doesn't make an effort to see me anymore or contact me. Maybe he has moved on. My ex fiance broke up with me in October she told me she's seeing somebody new rape before Christmas and we've only talked 2 times. I’ve been in no contact since January 2022. Ewe work together so it’s a bit challenging, but I keep things light and don’t get too involved. He must say something to me first in order for me to say anything. I do still care about him, but I am going out meeting new people and having dates with others. I have a feeling she may come back yet I made a mistake back in June but she let it linger on mentally while pregnant. We lost the child in November but she broke up with me two weeks ago. It was so much chaos that I didn't even know she was back in the same area even with my child in a whole 2 months. But she asked for time once we met in person and figured who was the culprit with fabricating stories (her cousin). Come Monday before Thanksgiving she broke up with me, the wednesday b4 Thanksgiving she was going to "mail my cell phone" back...that didn't happen. I get a text after 10 days of NC ...then texted again about calling her asap over another fabricated story. Seen her that Thursday, she hugged me, kissed me and all. Didn't talk to me friday due to her being in the ER,Saturday morning she tells me everything. Come this past Monday morning ...she said it was over and lashed out at me over her not handling responsibilities for the last 3 years but it was all my fault plus the mistake made (which was also fabricated and manipulated her brain badly). But since she said "I wish you well" and that it's over on Monday using the phone I got her even though she has another phone she bought (I don't know the number) ...so she has the address and said "i'll mail it soon as I can ..." ...somehow idk what to go off of ....besides focusing on self ..even though I'm "well known" in the profession i'm in ....... don't know what to expect

To tell you the honest truth coach I'm really glad that I don't feel like my ex is coming back it's liberating to no longer worry about it and to have moved on with my life and be dating new women!!! Now I have so many beautiful women in my life that even if she did come back I doubt I would want to get back with her!
What about if your family is stalking them behind your back and you just found out after 6 months broke up? I am so hurt and had no idea that it was happening until a week ago. Betrayed by my own family without my knowledge.
My ex is long distance, she came back with a huge paragraph about how much she loves me and said she knows she will never find someone else like me. I kept it pretty neutral and have only told her I miss her once. She's reached out 3 times and I made sure to keep the conversation to 4-5 messages and always ending the conversation. She lives in France and me in England, I was always the one to visit her, how do I convince her to come and visit me instead?

I enjoyed the story because of how complicated the relationship is between the two main characters- Scarlett O’Hara and Rhett Butler. Since this unfortunate and very chaotic love story is said to be the best selling American novel of all time, I was wondering if you could break down and analyze the attachment styles of Scarlett O’Hara and Rhett Butler, and maybe any underlying personality or mood disorders they displayed. @@owenpeters4266 I’m not sure tbh. My ex definitely was abusive and very manipulative. I had to leave him alone for my own mental health. Havn’t spoke in almost 6 months. If you feel something isn’t right then listen to your gut. I wish I did the first time we met and I would have never went through all this pain, but I am healed now.
It's been 2 and a half months of NC for me. You know how things just happen when you least expect it? I go to the store to get fruit and i see my ex walking her dog Snickers (cute name, i know) a block away. Don't know if she saw me drive by but all i can say is that seeing her for the first time in awhile drove me nuts. The urges of stopping to talk to her or to call her up just flooding my mind. I did neither of those and came to this video and others. I miss her dearly. She mentioned depression on the day of the break up, and needing time and space. I hope something unexpected happens again, just slightly different.
@B H i do recall him saying that, but i still believe it is a huge risk. I had a coaching with Rory from the love chat and he respectfully disagreed. I also don't see where i am the one to chase, i never wanted our relationship to end and plus she mentioned needing time and space. If she has enough of that and still wants me, she'll reach out.
@B H Rory told me to never reach out in my case. My ex mentioned being depressed and not loving herself. So that may be easier for me. For you, i dont have a clear answer, but from what i have read and watched, i would give her time and space, let things digest. If she has emotions for you then that's good. Give her your absence and let her miss you. Maybe in time she will conclude that the issues she has on you aren't that serious. In the meantime, focus on yourself. Hang with friends, work out if possible, stay busy. I am not sure how you can show her change exactly tho. Telling her directly won't be the best in my opinion.
@B H I am technically a Christian myself but haven't been to church in forever so i can relate. Craig Kenneth mentions this quote in a lot of his videos, "feelings change like the clouds in the sky." He always aims it towards women more then men. So just because she feels a certain way now, doesn't mean it will always stay the same. My advice, focus on the specific behaviors that she didn't approve of and work towards improving them. You have time before you'll see her again so this is an opportunity to work on yourself.
@B H of all the coaches I've watched, most say that when an ex wants to just be friends, its simply helping them move on in way. As if they can slowly distance themself from you. But if YOU don't want to be her friend then don't settle for it. Go No Contact, let her think about this. Rory told mentioned in a video that if we stay in contact, we are like 'tab water to our ex, and that they can get us at any time they want." In other words, when somone can get us whenever they want, then we dont have as much value in their eyes.
I'm incredibly doubtful. I don't think things were so bad at all, but her perception is probably much different than mine. I was a little mean, but nowhere near where I've been in the past (before her, never with her, except when I yelled at her for pushing me too far in one argument). I was truly just being honest with the situation, and the truth hurts, I guess. I'm not betting on it. I'm not living my life with some hope of reconciliation when I have no faith in it. It was only 6 months long, the relationship, but I was very devoted and very much into the idea of it being a forever thing. It hurts, but I have bigger fish to fry... It's been a bit debilitating, though. Wish I would just feel better.
After getting mad at me on Mother’s Day and taking his key back it’s been less than two weeks and he unblocked me to reach out. I was so excited. I missed him. But I was prepared to move on. I even went on a date. But of course it was a dud! So it took my ex nine days. So we’re supposed to talk on Friday. We’ve been together 22-months we argue constantly. Why can’t we get along? We’re both 68-years-old. He blocks then I block him. Anyway, I was shocked. He can’t be without me for two minutes! 😢
3 months in nothing has changed I've done everything I'm blocked she says she won't unblock me rt now. My ex said on the day we broke up, “even today I thought me and you would still be getting married”. Less than two weeks later she was finding comfort and going on weekends away with another guy. Emotional abuse and narc.
I made the mistake of reaching out during thanksgiving after she blocked me on social media. She of course did not answer me. I hope I didn’t pudge her away more. We dated for four years and I was her first boyfriend. Even while she was breaking up with me she was still caring for me. She told me “I’m not doing this because I don’t wanna be with you I still want to be with you but rn the best thing for us is to be apart”. The whole catalyst for this was because she couldn’t live the life and the future I had chosen for myself (military). She told me I could still talk to her yet blocked me and has gotten rid of my pictures from her social media. I hope she doesn’t hate me and that I am get another chance or at least see or hear from her again. However since this happened in October and now that its Christmas Day I have since finally become happy again.

Before I name these things lemme just say she loved me first and I Loved her after. 1. I lied about me not going to live until 25 and said I had blood cancer. 2. I faked a panic attack in an alley with her 3. Hi Craig. My ex sent me a strange text ending things. He said he’s staying away from misunderstandings. He didn’t want to turn a beautiful things into a nightmare. I wrote a letter reminding him of things I helped him with work wise and other things. Like him not giving me a chance to explain myself. Hi coaches , I am not sure if you remember me two years ago , well my ex appeared 3 weeks ago , since oct 2017 he broke if off with me . Guess what ?? He gone again. I spend end of June and all of July with him accompanying him on his road trips with his job in a 18 wheeler . After he texted me Monday asking me if i was upset with him we discuss it and he disappeared again after he was suppose to check up on me Wednesday night ... now nothing . Not calling or texting him , I cannot take it no more with his avoidant ways . I am currently seeing therapy because of him from 3 years ago .

I'm doing pretty good after almost 4 months of 'no contact'. I feel better, less anxiety, not overwhelmed and so on. I've gotten together with a few girls and still think of my ex gf. I don't see her coming back to me. I'm not sure what I would do if she reached out to me. I guess it depends on what she has to say. But I probably will try to setup a date to hang out, have fun and hook up. If she says no then I'll withdraw the offer and say, call me when you change your mind. :)
I find your videos very helpful and very comforting. I have been watching them for a while and yes, you do have a number of videos for women, but what about if the woman breaks up with the man? Or better yet, is there any good chance at getting him back after doing so? Breaking up with someone because you know you need to, but definitely don’t want to.

I was wondering if you could do a video on living with an ex. I currently stay with my ex and I feel like it makes things worst because everything I do pisses him off. What about once you've sold your house and both moved on? My 28 year marriage ended cos she decided she didn't want to be with me. She has become a stranger to me as I really do not know who she is today. She has become distant, had done for years. But I hung on believing love is unconditional. So I'm now living alone. Yeah I feel a little lonely at times but at least I don't have to live with the constant doubt about my sanity. I don't contact her unless Its about kids or money. And I'm thinking, why the fuck would I want to go back to that again? She never admits to any mistakes and has never apologised for anything she ever did. I think she is a selfish narcissistic woman. I’m 2 months into No Contact & getting stronger by the day , I’m working out 5-6 days a week, I got a new job that pays more , Been reading books on investing & Financial literacy . I have three trips booked for next year & actually gotten closer with some friends and family I’ve kinda neglected while I was in the relationship . I do have a little doubt that she will reach out but at this point it doesn’t even matter I’m so focused on myself and being the best version i can be . If she does comeback theirs no doubt in my mind I’ll will be a whole NEW person . NO Contact is a WIN WIN because it gives you the opportunity to heal and work on yourself & gives you strength to move on and just let time take it’s course. If they truly love you they will come back . If they don’t then it’s clear they weren’t yours to begin with .

You know what? I noticed that when one of the two partners wants out of the relationship (usually a more attractive 3rd party interest somewhere hanging around that makes them all tingly down there) they will say the most hurtful, destructive, untrue, self-centered remarks just so you will let them go and not confront them. They blame everything on you even if you know you did nothing wrong and you were the best partner they could ever have. Yeah, to get what they want -"their happiness" they will throw you under the bus, and roll over you 3-4 times to make sure you can't breathe..... They want you shocked, devastated, destroyed and paralyzed at that moment and until the relief period is over so you will not fight it. That gives them a clean break-away. After that, they have taken you down so low you become a wreck, a mess and have nothing left of yourself. Realizing how attachment goes, most of these morons do come back (at some point) expecting you to reunite because the grass is not greener on the other side and some of us idiots (including me at the moment) do take our ex's back. All I have to say is no matter what happens respect yourself and always stay on a level above them. When they go low, you must go high... that does mean stay in No Contact and work to build yourself up again after they destroyed you. Isn't love fun???? (in case you are wondering, over here-a seven year relationship, 6.5 months in no contact and not one dam call, text, email. I deserve better than that). Having said that, to all my lonely hearts out there I truly wish you did not have to go through this and particularly with this COV-19 thing which makes it hard to even think about socializing and getting back out there. Maybe it is a blessing in disguise that we are limited. We all need time to heal from our love wounds before we get into another relation-shit.

Grace Yang he came back within a month, we were together & living together for 4 years & engaged for 3 1/2 of those years. I moved to a different state for him & once we moved he acted like a different person. I found out he was cheating on me with his coworker & moved back home & they’re still together. When he came back he told me how much he missed me & will be in love with me forever while still being with that girl. I stopped talking to him & now a couple months later I found someone wya better he treats me like a queen. They do come back love just focus on yourself & when they do act like you don’t care to communicate & take long to reply & guarantee you it will kill them ! Also don’t post sad things on social Media, post happy photos or quotes it kills them to see you move on! Hope that helps love ♥️

Sandy Z keep up the good work! Im almost 2 months NC/since breakup. It does get easier and im feeling so much better about myself. Shitty experience but a very important one in my opinion even though it’s terrible. True saying, “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”.
It’s just so hard to swallow the fact that 6 months could end up going by and she hasn’t reached out yet... I don’t want any more time than necessary to pass before I’m able to have this person back in my life. This is why I always battle with whether or not I send a message or call in order to let them know that I haven’t moved on from them.

I've sad so many "aha" moments since I put in real work to change. I quit listening to friends and family, I started getting professional therapy, making financial goals, exercise goals, everything. Hopefully my ex still reaches out, but I am doing far better than before. I think I improved more than her.
I’ve been taking your advice and I’ve been leaving him alone. What’s weird is that they feel a disturbance in the force when you’re out - my ex called me yesterday as soon as I walked into a bar. He called me to see if I was home because he needed something from the home we shared. Then he called me this morning because he needed a picture of his Insurance card because he had gotten pulled over. Hmmm.

No contact does not always work. I did no contact and after 20 days she started seeing someone else. I reached out at 45 days and got ignored. 5 months later they got engaged. That’s been 2.5 years. She since told me if I had reached out sooner she would have come back right then. After a couple weeks she said she thought I moved on so she did... every single video that told me to let go couldn’t have been more wrong.

This video was so encouraging to me! I just went back into no contact....its been 4 months since the breakup, but I've broken no contact several times. I'm doing it again, and am on week 2. Its KILLING me, especially since I've contacted and seen my ex several times in December. He is very avoidant and hasn't initiated more then breadcrumbs with me. I believe his avoidant behavior caused her to be anxious not the other way around. Most anxious people are less anxious in relationships with secure folks. He was probably doing things like putting up crazy boundaries, lying, etc which caused the stalking...etc.

Took me 7 months, never thought it would happen, but it did. She dated a bunch of assholes, all they did was remind her how good i was to her. I did not initiate contact during this period. She contacted me eventually, when she started contacting me, it was hot and cold. Would reach out, then I wouldnt hear from her for like months. Cause she was confused. Then it got more and more frequent. I didnt bitch when she contacted me, just was positive to her, kept conversation to a minimum, didnt reach out. I always presented the offer to meet, which she never accepted. Finally, she came to town and agreed to meet. Weve hooked up a couple times and she wont stop texting me. Only now do I initiate texts because were in a different phase, but I still try not to overwhelm her with communication (like I used to). Im not playing her, I actually have real feelings for her, just trying to take it slow because I want this to work the right way now. Dont give up, it may take a while, but follow these videos, they work. They kept me sane while I hate to say I was kind of waiting for her, giving her space to figure out I was the one. Its a tough process, you have to move forward, work on yourself, and in case they do come back, you need to be ready to deal with it the right away.
Btw, I dated too during no contact. Helped me move forward and helped me get my confidence back. To the dates, I was very honest, I said I was hurt and getting through a break up and just looking to have fun. They were very nice because I was up front that the dates were just casual and not leading them on.

I have gotten to a point where I honestly don't think he will come back....but I'm ok with that now. Hi, Coach Chris. My ex of 2 yrs broke up with me 2 months ago. He said he finds me too controlling. Also, we have been fighting pretty much in our last months because he is avoidant while I'm anxious. Good thing is, I recognized my mistakes and tried working on myself.
I have tried NC for 20 days a month after the break up, but failed. Now we are back talking again. But, we have also been having very bad fights everyday because I get disappointed everytime he says he won't come back to me because he want to remain single forever (a bluff, for sure). It's confusing because he has been flirty, and he told me that he still cares for me but he didn't want me back. Also, there are times when he seems so annoyed at me. He also said he doesn't miss me and that it is better if we just cut contact forever. He doesn't make an effort to see me anymore or contact me.
Maybe he has moved on. I am so determined to get this guy back and make him happy again. Any advice, coach? Also, I want to start a session with you.

He must say something to me first in order for me to say anything. I do still care about him, but I am going out meeting new people and having dates with others. Anyone else have a ex with bpd that you can’t stop thinking about for some stupid reason?
I have a feeling she may come back yet I made a mistake back in June but she let it linger on mentally while pregnant. We lost the child in November but she broke up with me two weeks ago. It was so much chaos that I didn't even know she was back in the same area even with my child in a whole 2 months. But she asked for time once we met in person and figured who was the culprit with fabricating stories (her cousin). Come Monday before Thanksgiving she broke up with me, the wednesday b4 Thanksgiving she was going to "mail my cell phone" back...that didn't happen. I get a text after 10 days of NC ...then texted again about calling her asap over another fabricated story. Seen her that Thursday, she hugged me, kissed me and all. Didn't talk to me friday due to her being in the ER,Saturday morning she tells me everything. Come this past Monday morning ...she said it was over and lashed out at me over her not handling responsibilities for the last 3 years but it was all my fault plus the mistake made (which was also fabricated and manipulated her brain badly). But since she said "I wish you well" and that it's over on Monday using the phone I got her even though she has another phone she bought (I don't know the number) ...so she has the address and said "i'll mail it soon as I can ..." ...somehow idk what to go off of ....besides focusing on self ..even though I'm "well known" in the profession i'm in ....... don't know what to expect

@@owenpeters4266 I’m not sure tbh. My ex definitely was abusive and very manipulative. I had to leave him alone for my own mental health. Havn’t spoke in almost 6 months. If you feel something isn’t right then listen to your gut. I wish I did the first time we met and I would have never went through all this pain, but I am healed now.
It's been 2 and a half months of NC for me.
You know how things just happen when you least expect it? I go to the store to get fruit and i see my ex walking her dog Snickers (cute name, i know) a block away. Don't know if she saw me drive by but all i can say is that seeing her for the first time in awhile drove me nuts. The urges of stopping to talk to her or to call her up just flooding my mind. I did neither of those and came to this video and others.
I miss her dearly. She mentioned depression on the day of the break up, and needing time and space.
I hope something unexpected happens again, just slightly different.

I also don't see where i am the one to chase, i never wanted our relationship to end and plus she mentioned needing time and space. If she has enough of that and still wants me, she'll reach out.
@B H Rory told me to never reach out in my case. My ex mentioned being depressed and not loving herself. So that may be easier for me. For you, i dont have a clear answer, but from what i have read and watched, i would give her time and space, let things digest. If she has emotions for you then that's good. Give her your absence and let her miss you. Maybe in time she will conclude that the issues she has on you aren't that serious. In the meantime, focus on yourself. Hang with friends, work out if possible, stay busy.
I am not sure how you can show her change exactly tho. Telling her directly won't be the best in my opinion.
@B H I am technically a Christian myself but haven't been to church in forever so i can relate.
Craig Kenneth mentions this quote in a lot of his videos, "feelings change like the clouds in the sky." He always aims it towards women more then men. So just because she feels a certain way now, doesn't mean it will always stay the same.
My advice, focus on the specific behaviors that she didn't approve of and work towards improving them. You have time before you'll see her again so this is an opportunity to work on yourself.
@B H of all the coaches I've watched, most say that when an ex wants to just be friends, its simply helping them move on in way. As if they can slowly distance themself from you. But if YOU don't want to be her friend then don't settle for it. Go No Contact, let her think about this.

In other words, when somone can get us whenever they want, then we dont have as much value in their eyes.

I'm incredibly doubtful. I don't think things were so bad at all, but her perception is probably much different than mine. I was a little mean, but nowhere near where I've been in the past (before her, never with her, except when I yelled at her for pushing me too far in one argument). I was truly just being honest with the situation, and the truth hurts, I guess. I'm not betting on it. I'm not living my life with some hope of reconciliation when I have no faith in it. It was only 6 months long, the relationship, but I was very devoted and very much into the idea of it being a forever thing. It hurts, but I have bigger fish to fry... It's been a bit debilitating, though. Wish I would just feel better.

Hi Craig. My ex sent me a strange text ending things. He said he’s staying away from misunderstandings. He didn’t want to turn a beautiful things into a nightmare. I wrote a letter reminding him of things I helped him with work wise and other things. Like him not giving me a chance to explain myself. I ended the letter wishing him the best for the future and I will always genuinely care for him.

Hi coaches , I am not sure if you remember me two years ago , well my ex appeared 3 weeks ago , since oct 2017 he broke if off with me . Guess what ?? He gone again. I spend end of June and all of July with him accompanying him on his road trips with his job in a 18 wheeler . I find your videos very helpful and very comforting. I have been watching them for a while and yes, you do have a number of videos for women, but what about if the woman breaks up with the man? Or better yet, is there any good chance at getting him back after doing so? Breaking up with someone because you know you need to, but definitely don’t want to.

What about once you've sold your house and both moved on? My 28 year marriage ended cos she decided she didn't want to be with me. She has become a stranger to me as I really do not know who she is today. She has become distant, had done for years. But I hung on believing love is unconditional. So I'm now living alone. Yeah I feel a little lonely at times but at least I don't have to live with the constant doubt about my sanity. I don't contact her unless Its about kids or money.
