Thank you for the video I bought my plot in 2022 they laying condition if you build then we will give possesion the question is if it is overseas block the it should be overseas Pakistani hiying those plots. No 2 They should give possesion to overseas Pakistanis without condition of 4 months to build they think we just sit sit at home and do nothing and can just fly to Pakistan and start building, this a rubbish policy absolute no consideration what do ever for overseas Pakistanis but this is not new in Pakistan for us as we always get this hassles from Pakistanis living in Pakistan. No 3 I am now thinking they will lay more condition in future eg. I would like to build basement and put solar panels and do boring for water as I do not know the condition of water supply may be they will not allow for their own gains. So conclusion not happy with ParkView dictating how we can live in Parkview. Overseas Pakistanis should be given possession without any conditions. Put all these concerns to the management please as I myself will be visiting the offices soon myself too. Thank you
PVC should not condition procession with construction. We are waiting since last three years in overseas but condition of construction is very disappointing...
Bhai I bought plot for 55 Lac in 2023 at its ballotted without location on map 5000 series wala. I want to start building but they not accommodating they say your plot is balloted wait for when it comes on ground. Why advertise fake policy that if you build we will give on ground plots. They don’t want to give possession and just want people money stuck very disappointed from the UK should have not invested here rather keep money in bank. Never investing again.
If your payment is complete before June 2023, then you can build your house otherwise you have to wait for at least 2 years. You can sell your file and buy a file cleared before June 2023 for 55 lacs. Your file worth is 50 lac. So if you want to start construction immediately then you have to bear a loss of 5 lacs
