I always try to be gracious, even when I lose (a lot, some of those people are ridiculously good) and give a hardy handshake. A lot of losers won't accept it though. Best way is to be like the winners in some of these and ignore it, i've seen at least two full scale fistfights break out in response to sorelosing.
