Take a hit of LSD. You'll feel like a kid again.
Have a perfect diet, exercise regularly and most of all, don't drink alcohol! It's the drug that kills most of your sensitivity to the world you used to have as a kid, it takes a long time for your body to switch back to normal but it's so worth it! Also, acid, shrooms and pot (used in a VERY responsible manner!) help to open up again, almost like a kid. At least in my experience..

Nick Cisneros when you're a kid, it's just, simpler? I guess
Simpler, but also different. The perspective of being younger is just so much different. Staying late at night to play video games with friends or laying in your beds talking about random things - those things seemed much more extraordinary, but now being older they're no more special than me being able to pour a bowl of cereal. Heh this post is especially nostalgic because I actually would stay up late playing Mario 64.
There was actually a time that my older brother had a friend staying the night, and we spent the evening playing the NES system. His friend made a mission statement for that night to stay up all night playing Duck Hunt. My brother hit the sack around 1, but his friend and I kept played on seeing who could get the farthest until his dad came to pick him up in the morning. Around mid-afternoon, he fell asleep on his food when they went to McDonald's XD and I fell asleep taking a shower.

Gonna go back to ~1998 here.
My mom dropped me off at my friend Sam’s house to spend the night. It must’ve been around noon because I remember us just having a lot of daylight. We went around his neighborhood riding our scooters and seeing some of the houses being built. Walked inside of them and all. I remember a wasp landed on my shirt and I tore it off in a sprint. We later went into this big ditch right behind his house and just threw junk into it haha. It was fun, but it was so simple.
That evening, his little brother came home from another friends house and we ate dinner that his mom made. Not sure what it was. That night we stayed up super late, playing Goldeneye trying to get all the cheats. At some point we gave up and played Mario 64 for a bit and eventually to OoT, then back to 007.
The three of us knocked out at some point but I remember waking up to his dad getting ready for work.
I just remember looking around the room and seeing my best friends and falling back asleep.
I’m not sure what my future has for me and in this age I’ve come to be more realistic of my expectations in life, but if I can have one more night being that contempt in a moment, I think I’ll be alright.

This will never fail to make me cry, I don’t know if it’s because it’s sad and nostalgic, or I just sometimes miss who I was when I was little, having so much anxiety without realizing it and using video games as a sort of escape, but it’s just beautiful in itself.
I love being an adult, it's challenging but I love the feeling of achievement and growth.. childhood joy however is a pure form of happiness that can never be replicated, only looked back upon with a smile as I am doing right now. Love you all ❤️

all I can say is that at some point in our life we did everything we wanted but as we grew up we came to realization that...we dwell on the things we could have a do-over but can't. like we can't go back to childhood but can sit and dwell on the memories we've had in that lifetime.
