First year of building a jungle garden and following your advice on over wintering my plants so greenhouse starting to fill up and fingers crossed till spring
Brilliant video, Do you know if you can grow Colocasias in the house (I dont have a greenhouse, sadly) ive brought my giant jack in (Hes not very giant though lol) will this hurt him?
Yes fine to bring colocasias inside as houseplants. They are very likely to lose most leaves over winter, especially in January and February when it's very dark. Keep lighting watered and they will get back into growth in spring

Top advice Kris, great to see you’re well organised!
@@GeorgesJungleGarden cheers, we've had a nice long gradation between summer and winter.
Do you ever get nervous about how the winter weather will affect your garden overall?
@@lindseykaine-walley6339 only when it gets proper cold like minus 6 or worse
Hi Kris, thx for sharing. What is the gorgeous schefflera on the opening shot (not the macrophylla but the one on your right hand side)?
@jeromephilipon750 it's great isn't it. It was bought as taiwaniana but it's something else!
@YorkshireKRIS yes, I love it. Alpina or rhododendrifolia or delavayi... or a taiwaniana cross 🤫🤔. Gorgeous either way.
Brilliant video Kris, did you lose count of how much you have spent this year?
@@mrchuffy6535 no I'm keeping a proper tally for the full year
