Both these sets are situational! What I mean by that is you will not use these sets every time you are off the net. IF your feet are there and the ball isn't super high/ past you, refer to my other setting video!!!
However, if the ball is higher than a kite or running away from you like usain bolt.. these two sets are GREAT!
As I stated in the video ( which you watched at least 1000 times by now ) this is a not the confirmed BEST way to set these balls. These are simply my favorite and most successful strategies I take when handling tough sets/gets.
Feel free to ask any and all questions in the comment section below! I didn't go over every little tid bit of knowledge this time, so don't feel bad if you have questions.
LASTLY, get some freaking merch! This stuff is top notch and is DOPE!

    Enjoy!
    Preston out! :)

Hey Preston, could you do a video on good form for after a long pick up, running up and putting the ball away, it is something I struggle with! Love your videos man!!

Can you try doing more wide-angle shots next time instead of more choppy shots? I feel like they would be more useful to see everything you said put together.

Hey Preston so one thing I’d like to add/ask. In you’re experience would it be fair to also say that the angle of your hand position is also kinda dependent on the spin of the set? Like I see a lot of good topspin serves that come off my teammate’s return set and if I’m gunna do that Hail Mary over the back set I find it is also important to look at the spin the set comes off at. Same with the front high set. A flat hand with a ton of spin from your teammate (which they sometimes don’t have a choice in controlling) could mean a flatter hand means the ball goes back behind you and the set is kinda shot at that point? Might be splitting hairs but something I’ve seen that I wanted to mention/get your take on. Keep it up fools!
