It was his time to depart from Dallas, but it was handled in a coward fashion. I hated how they waited until the end of free agency to do this. This is business though. To be fair, the Baltimore Ravens made a mistake by releasing Dez Bryant in the spring of 2021 & in my opinion, they should've worked out a deal in order to keep him on the roster going into the 2021-2022 NFL season so he could play a full NFL season for the first time since the 2017-2018 NFL season.; Sadly, I have to resort to playing the "That's another story for another time." card, again because once that happened, I literally shook my head in confusion & was thinking to myself "What in the heck are the Baltimore Ravens thinking & doing by releasing Dez Bryant, exactly?!..." because I was just so baffled as to what I was hearing, reading & seeing.

Yea i've been a cowboys fan since birth. I've never liked Dez at all, but I've always respected his openness. Most people dislike him for that same trait. It was his time to depart from Dallas, but it was handled in a coward fashion. I hated how they waited until the end of free agency to do this. This is business though. Just like any other job, we are required to give 2 weeks notice.... but, the owner can fire you whenever with no ends up.
I'm a Chicago Bears fan, but, outside of the Chicago Bears, I also follow & watch both the Dallas Cowboys & the Baltimore Ravens & I consider myself to be a self-proclaimed die-hard Dez Bryant fan.
I'm glad that we were able to finally see Dez Bryant take the field for somebody in the NFL about 2½ years after this video first came out & although it was with the Baltimore Ravens, I was happy to have both heard, read & seen that he signed with somebody.
In fairness, I didn't want to hear the news that Dez Bryant was added to the Baltimore Ravens' practice squad because in my opinion, the man's a veteran & should've been moved up to the main roster, instead due to some players going down with COVID-19, but, that's another story for another day...
To be fair, the Baltimore Ravens made a mistake by releasing Dez Bryant in the spring of 2021 & in my opinion, they should've worked out a deal in order to keep him on the roster going into the 2021-2022 NFL season so he could play a full NFL season for the first time since the 2017-2018 NFL season.; Sadly, I have to resort to playing the "That's another story for another time." card, again because once that happened, I literally shook my head in confusion & was thinking to myself "What in the heck are the Baltimore Ravens thinking & doing by releasing Dez Bryant, exactly?!..." because I was just so baffled as to what I was hearing, reading & seeing.

While he is far from a failure on the football field he's going to use the belief that he's "not committed" as his fuel to retain his top 5 play.
