He has no idea what he is doing let alone negotiate. He can't answer how the city will provide $71 million gap in migrant funding. He can't admit that ending Shotspotter has nothing to do with public safety, it's a political move for him since he's getting so much criticism over the migrant handling. Superintendent Snelling even admitted that he supports the technology. BJ is a clown.
