It’s amazing how close June became with Monroe because she seemed to really hate him at this point. Best way of looking at it for her and Wray though is if you can’t do the time don’t do the crime.
The funny handshake mob were mentioned in the tv show Endeavour - the main protagonist stated that you can't serve two masters, in the end you've got to choose. I think it's disgusting that they should have that power in the police.

DCI Wray was an outstanding DCI, Meadows was the best but Wray was great! It’s a great shame his career had to end in this way. I’ve always liked Brownlow & Conway but… this was unfortunate.
